Completely f-ing rude. Morning staff seems to be good but the pm shift cuss like sailors and think it’s funny to argue. I ordered a sweet tea and didn’t get it. Looked on the ticket it wasn’t even rang up. I said can I please Get a sweet tea? Lady said “it wasn’t on their” I said I asked for one and it wasn’t rang up I understand the mistake. I will pay for it no problem.she said “I guess I’ll just get it for you” like am I not a paying nice customer?? I wasn’t complaining I simply said I wanted a tea! They need serious adjustments to their attitudes.
If I could give a zero star I would. I just pulled this out of the bag. I don’t even have to explain why you should never go to this McDonald’s. Large fry isn’t large. And crispy chicken sandwich has nothing on it at al.
Food was cold and took forever. The little girl at the counter was very nice however and seemed to be doing all the work so she was very frazzled.
They messed up my order but they replaced it with the correct items. I feel bad for the woman who was running out orders as she's the one who has to fix everything and hear the complaints when she isn't the one assembling the bags. It's not even the person handing orders out the window assembling them either and to keep the pace, you can't check. So remember, don't take it out on the one handing you your food....
This was the fastest, most efficient, and delicious trip to a McDonald’s I have had in a while. Pulled into the drive through and, although they had a long line, that line moved very fast and they took our order very professionally. We moved up to pay and the lady there was extremely friendly and nice and when we got our food, all of it was delicious. The cheeseburgers weren’t burnt, the fries weren’t soggy, and everything was exactly as we ordered it! I am extremely impressed.
Recently the last 3-4 drive thru orders they got something wrong even while using the mobile code pickup. Even while politely mentioning something is wrong the staff will give you dirty looks. Doesn’t matter if it’s day or night.
To the gal in the drive thru pickup window today: Very nice and very pretty smile!
Knowing what you get at McDonald's and what to expect being a 5, for sure a one. Fries were fine. Smashed cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets cold that tastes like burnt grease.
Busy drive through. Inside wasn't bad. Clean restroom. Decent wifi. Staff seemed a bit disorganized.
Picked up an order from here for door dash and they seemed to prioritize carry out the least. I had to ask for the order twice and wait 20 minutes as other people ordered and got their food. I guess they don't care about customers that are ordering their food from home.
