Good service and always fresh and hot food. Fries crispy like they were fresh out the fries each time
French fries were old mushy and the onions rings were way over cooked you çould not bite them

I ordered through the drive thru and my sandwich was wrong so I went inside. They made me another sandwich and unfortunately I did not check it before I left because it was still wrong! I got home and realized the problem so I called to complain. Nobody answered the phone and I could not even leave a message
Went to this location 5/9/22 around 2-2:30 placed an order with no onions got onions called and was told to come back for replacement order took my name show up 5/12/22 no name in book and the untrained shift leader was rude and unprofessional and refused to give her name so I couldn’t make an actual complaint against her. This location was the best in Blono now just trash

Terrible customer service and they intentionally mess up orders then look at you with ugly grins. If you don't like your job quit..simple as that
A friendly location to stop in and get a bit. The dining room isn't big, but most people do take-out. Several people checked to see if I need anything in as I waited for my food to come up. That was a nice change!
The food here at this particular McDonald's is gross, they have no pride of presentation, they will serve fries that are hard hokey and overcooked to the point of being dark brown and burned totally disgusting I cannot believe they're okay with serving fries that look like that and the nuggets are not crispy or delicious they're overcooked and dried
I usually order from here with door dash when I'm at work because I'm unable to leave and every time something is wrong. EVERYTIME. I Rider a double quarter pounder with bacon they give me a single. I order a large fry they give me a medium, i Order a double quarter with extra bacon no extra bacon. I order a large frappe no straw. I've worked in fast food before it's not that hard to remember to make a sandwich plain or to make sure there is a straw with my frozen drink.
