Not super impressed. I remember being out of town working Thanksgiving of 1993at a Logans in Springfield Missouri.Boy have times changed, and BOY!! has the quality of the meat gone WAY DOWN HILL.I'm a reefer truck driver who loads at National Beef plants regularly. This beef is sub par at best. The taste is good the meat itself is lower quality.We ordered Grub Hub also, so......

With several other steak house chain restaurants opening in the area Logan's is not nearly as busy as they used to be. Went to dinner and on Friday night at 5:30p and there were many tables open. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our bar order was slowed down by a keg that needed to be changed, but the server made sure we knew what was going on. Food has been hit or miss in the past but this night it was very good, especially the rolls.

Great place. Love their food. Food is always consistent. Amazing Ribeye Steak. Just stopped by for lunch.

The service was okay, but the tables were dirty. When it comes to food, the fries were barely warm and the burger was pretty dry as well. It took a while for service, but the waitress was kind when she did stop at the table. May be a while before my next visit.

I am probably going to take a very long break from eating out after the experience we had last night. So many things went wrong that I couldn't even start to explain how our experience went. I am going to have to visit my bank on Monday now because I feel my card may have possibly been compromised. The server had my card for over 10 minutes and my husband went to find her walking out of the back with my bill and card, she hadn't even run it yet. Table behind me never received their order and was sitting there for longer than us. We were asked what our drinks were 4 times but no one ever came back with refills. I tried to choke down a dry burger without any drink. I understand that restaurants are not as they were and remained patient with them during the course of our dinner. It was so bad I really never will be back. I cannot help but feel sorry for the manager last night, she clearly was trying her hardest with a crew of servers that had no clue what their job was. I was given the wrong reciept to boot.

Ordered curbside pickup. Pulled up, notified them on the app. they replied your food will be right out. 15 minutes later we walked in to get our food. Then discover that they not only left the gravy off the meatloaf, they shortened our order by 2 sides. Considering they weren't busy when we were there, and what you pay, their service was more like a black hole than a restaurant. Maybe it was just a off night, but someone else will have to figure that out, not me.

Food was terrible. Cold when served. Rolls were not cooked thru, all raw dough in the middle. Waited 15 minutes for drinks. Received salads with the dinner. A terrible experience and we have been there before with no issues and great service. Very , very disappointing for a birthday, evening out.

The resturant was clean. It went down hill from there. We ordered our drinks and meals. My husband and I had the same thing a fried cheese burger. My hamburger bun was hard as a brick I picked it off and found brown wilted lettuce underneath. My husband's meal was fine. We waited for our server to come back but finally had to stop another employee to ask for a replacement bun and refills. Our waitress brought us refills after a long wait no bun... she said it was coming. By now my burger was cold an my husband was done with his meal still no bun or apology. The bun cam out I asked for a box and told her my food was cold. She got the box brought the bill no apology or offer to reheat my food. The manager came by to pick up plates and asked how things were. When we told him he said he would take care of it. After another long wait we got our bill with an employee discount of$6.00 taken off. We will not be back. No wonder the parking lot was empty on a sat lt night
