Maddy is a sweet & efficient server with a great smile!! Good food. We are happy campers ?

The staff was not friendly. Joe’s is using the online ordering system, which is fine, but to ask a question, you have to go find your waitress, which she/he is more than likely standing in the corner with 2 other staff members chatting. Appetizers were not showing up on the Sunday menu online. We got up to leave, thinking apps weren’t offered on Sunday. Once I got up, I made eye contact with the person supposed to be our waitress. I asked if we could get appetizers and got dirty looks from 2 of the 3 staff members. Food was awesome, as usual, but the staff is unfriendly and act put out to get refills or answer questions.

Great pizza, salad and great atmosphere! I will definitely be coming back and bringing my husband.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but our visit tonight will be our last. We frequented this restaurant often and made the effort to support them during the quarantine. Our last phone in order, which had to be paid when ordered was a disaster. We waited the 40 minutes for our order to be ready. We arrived and waited for our order to come out. We had to call again and once again were told it would be out shortly. After waiting over 45 minutes and went in to ask about my order. After frantic searching, I was told my order had been mistakenly given to someone else with their order.I was told that my order would be immediately filled. When I asked for compensation for my now nearly 2 hour wait, I was told my meal cost would be refunded. The problem here is I paid with a gift certificate. The manager told me he would add the amount back on my card. Fast forward to tonight. We went to Joe’s for a hamburger only to find they are no longer a menu item. I chose the chicken tenders which were indeed jumbo, but also pretty tasteless. My wife chose the bacon Mac and cheese, which came in a cheap plastic container. Upon paying with that gift card from before, we find out that our credit from the quarantine pick up order had not been credited. The manager told us she would not cover what another manager was supposed to have done. She was not friendly and never apologized for any mixup. When we told her we were unhappy with the serving of the Mac and cheese she replied they didn’t have bowls. Ok, then why serve things that need bowls if you don’t have them? When we said we probably would not be back, she replied, “That’s OK.” What happened to this restaurant? Our greeter and sever were very friendly and helpful, the manager was not. I felt disrespected. Very disappointed.

Joe's Station House is just too hit or miss if the food is going to be good, or if you are going to get everything you ordered. Half of the time the pizza and beef-roll are undercooked. Tonight's beef roll was good, but they forgot to put the au jus in the box, so it was dry and overly salty. The pizza was also overly salty.I also wanted to comment of the managements business practices. The 20% "service fee" to go to their employees is a poor excuse for management playing games. The order is placed online with no human interaction, when you walk into the pub you tell the person at the front, "pick up order for ___" and it is in the warmer. Less than 30 seconds of interaction does not warrant a "service fee". Joe's needs to pay their kitchen staff what they are worth and raise their wages. If they need to raise the price of the food so, be it, just stop with the service fees.

Had to wait on ourselves through a QR code on our phone. They weren’t busy and could have easily waited on us. I think some places have taken advantage of Covid to become lazy. Not a fan of this new way of dining out. Won’t go back.

I was just there for the first time. I am from the Chicago area and I gotta tell ya, the tavern style pizza that I had was amazing. highly recommend, friendly staff, Great Food and atmosphere. Thank You

Love their pizza & great selection of beer! Fun place to hang on a Sunday afternoon

Ordered online for curbside pickup. On the payment screen there is a “service charge” which the owner has described as a fee that goes to the staff. There’s also a line for tip on the payment screen so that’s a little bizarre that it’s essentially asking you to tip and forcing you into a second tip at the same time. As far as the fee itself going to the employees… that should not be left to the customer to pay the employees wage. A curbside pickup does not fall into the realm of a tipped job, and therefore those employees should be getting paid a fair market wage. Sounds like the owner is too cheap to pay his employees and pawning it off on customers. To top that off, I essentially tipped 20% for “service” while my cheese garlic sticks were burnt and also uncut. If I’m running a business and FORCING customers to tip 20%, I would AT LEAST make sure my service standards are absolutely top notch.

Worst place I've ever been to eat, and I'm 59. Horrible service. Very dry, bland, club sandwich. Fries were about half an inch long each. It was so dry that I need a water refill after only a few bites. My server never came back after taking my order and the manager told me she was in the kitchen cooking. He still charged me full price even tho more than half my sandwich and fries remained. The menu is very bar room and very poorly put together, with not much making sense about it. Food is way over priced, too.
