Food was good, but they’re not fast at all anymore. Waited for over an hour to get delivery
Not fast anymore. Now that they added the second drive-thru lane, it actually makes it worse and blocks their drive way loop around the building. I've waited more than 30 minutes twice for one sandwich. Maybe walk in is the way to go!
All other Locations in town are so good but sadly this one makes orders Incorrectly even when spelled out on app. Never tastes as fresh as other locations.
My car was in the shop while I was at work so I decided to have Jimmy John's delivered for lunch since I couldn't leave. 40 minutes after ordering and my order confirmation, still no food so I called to check on it. The woman on the phone said "oh we actually can't do delivery tonight" and I said "okay well I paid for my food so is someone going to refund me?" And she said "check your bank to see if it's been voided" to which I responded "was no one going to tell me I wasn't getting my food I paid for?" She said "maybe in your email" (not in my email btw.) So I got to sit at work and not eat lunch because they just chose to ignore the order and expect people to pay for nothing? Calling the bank Monday to make sure I get my $17 back. Had someone called me on the number provided in my order I would've been totally fine to order somewhere else. I would've gotten to eat lunch instead of sit through my break hungry with no explanation.
Ordered food for delivery at 8pm. Order went through and an hr later I called the restaurant and they said they couldn't deliver. No phone call was received to let me know this. Card was also charged. Done with Jimmy John's.
Highly surprised by the quality of the sandwiches here. The place is also nice (small but cute). We ate our sandwiches in, although most people use delivery or to go.They are not cheap, but once in a while, if I need a sub around this area, I will be back.
Dude was very gross while making our sandwich. Had his elbows all over the wrapping for my sandwich while also sticking his fingers all up into my sandwich, while also eating and touching his face all over.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, order took almost an hour. Ordered yesterday, received a regular Coke, not a Diet Coke with order. Not going to spend 10 minutes or more with a complaint on line, get the orders right, it’s not that difficult.
Very busy drive up, but dining in still open and light. Fast, fresh. Can't leave hungry.
