Last time im ordering from this location its been an hour and a half and supposedly my order was out for delivery 30 minutes ago which I still haven’t received.
Delivery took an hour and a half. There was a Jimmy John's location on Landmark Dr. which is closer to my house, but the app forced me to use this location for some reason, which is further away. The delivery app. has an option to click where the delivery can be left at the door. I did NOT choose that option. I didn't want my FOOD left on the GROUND. Yet the delivery driver still left my food at the door even though I didn't choose that option in the app.
They seemed short staffed. Even so, the workers here were amazing.

It's freaky fast, as advertised.
Do not order from the North Street location. They never have enough delivery drivers and it takes over an hour to get your delivery and the order is ALWAYS messed up. Everytime I order from this location it's a terrible experience. Instead of freaky fast you should change this locations slogan to freaky slow! I haven't ordered from Jimmy John's in almost a year, thought maybe they would have better service this time around but I see nothing has changed I will not be ordering from. Them again. Terrible terrible service!
