I made two orders, the first order was pork egg roll two white sauces and honey chicken.However, instead of sending me two white sauces I was sent to White rice's. If you can't speak or read English properly perhaps you should take a course.The second order I just ordered two white sauces cuz I wanted white sauce to eat with my honey chicken. However, yet again I was sent two cabbage soups or something that was excessively salty.When I call the restaurant about this they said it was homemade white sauce but it was not white sauce.It had cabbage, rice, peppers, and some form of cauliflower looking ingredient in it.I am highly disappointed in this restaurant as this is the third time I've ordered from this restaurant and the meal was messed up.As well as, the honey chicken didn't even taste like honey chicken, it tasted like red peppers.I'm done with this restaurant.
It's our family's go-to for Chinese food. We probably order from her 2-3 times a month. Their Singapore angel hair dish is a favorite as well as the shrimp curry.
Me and my family ordered from great wall and the rice was everywhere and they gave us the wrong size and order
The meat was very hard to chew and I was given the wrong size for my food, I ordered a large sweet and sour chicken and only got a small.
I now see why I only order Thai food. The worst I've ever had. Tastes bad and (excuse my explicitness) I threw up immediately after finishing my meal. I had vegetable fried rice and it tasted really weird. Never again. As a Chicagoan I HATE having a bad meal. Ruined my night.
Mongolian beef is supposed to focus on the beef... Not like 3/4 an onion... The rest of the offerings tasted great but honestly... Don't order a dish that they can use filler on, because you won't receive the proper amount of meat/good stuff.
Singapore angelhair is always on point(my favorite dish). I've been going to this restaurant for about 15 years. Hot and sour soup is amazing. Egg rolls are always great. Every lo mein is perfect and better than surrounding restaurants. I moved from Bloomington but everytime I go to town, which isn't often I make sure I stop and get some food for the family. My oldest son is 11 and he has been a consumer his whole life. He loves the shrimp fried rice. Husband and daughter love all the lo meins. Husband says the general tsos is better than any he's had. I introduced them to the best Chinese take out, Great Wall and they don't like their used to be favorites anymore. We live far away so when we order, its probably enough to feed a family of 13....but they don't mind and they never mess anything up. I've never had a complaint in 15 years!!!! Amazing service, amazing staff. Everything is always perfect. It looks "run down" but thats because the building its in but inside is always clean and spotless. I dont just recommend eating here, I highly encourage it.
The food has gotten so bad food taste nasty. No flavor. The rice is crunchy. They need to read the reviews and start correcting there mistakes. Why is there chicken just thrown on top. The beef is rubbery. I'm so confused. So I called and I talked to lady didn't even yell at her nothing was calm and she didn't try to fix anything she wants to give me 50% off 50% off I don't want 50% off I want the food to be better and I'm not going to have you remake my food and waste my time this is just too much already I this food is disgusting the last three times I've been there but I never called and complained and acted a full because of covid and just respect but today was just the cherry on the top I don't understand how they stay in business. I'm going to China star where they care how there food taste and looks. Never again with I spend my money here.
