I love your coffee just very upset that you guys are barely open anymore. I understand being understaffed but I even try calling the number listed online to see if you guys are open before driving out of my way to see and the number is no longer in service. If the number is no longer correct that should be changed and so should your ours listed online.
THE STORE IS NEVER OPEN!!! I have been there on SEVERAL occasions, and the store is never open. I WAS THERE THIS MORNING AT 8:30AM..... IT'S CLOSED!!! Last time people were inside working, and the sign on drive through said they should be open. One of the Baristas inside said they didn't open for another half hour. A COFFEE SHOP THAT DOESN'T OPEN TILL 9AM IS VIRTUALLY USELESS! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Especially because I enjoy Gloria Jeans coffee itself..... too bad I can never get it!
The coffee is good. Unfortunately, they're never open when they are supposed to be.March 31st, once again not open.April 1st, closed. Thinking maybe I just find a new coffee shop at this point.Using covid as an excuse must be nice. Especially when the problem is poor management.
Excellent place to have a coffee and sweets ... will be back for sure.
The sign says OPEN and I got to the door it’s closed. Such a waist of my time.
I just ordered a pumpkin spice latte and it tastes like hot water with a tiny tinge of coffee. I was very upset that I spent $6.15 on hot water :(
Always clean with a great staff that are skilled at their craft. Always fresh and refreshing. The pastries have been more enjoyable than most competitors in the area. Easy drive-thru and provide a free treat for pets. The dogs love the girls here because they don't skimp on the whip'd cream. This place has not let me down once in the many years I have stopped in. Can't say that for many places in the area. ?
I didn't know this existed... a Gloria Jean's that is outside of a mall? When I was driving by I had to Bust a B**** and stop in. I was teleported back to the early 2000s my mom just dropped my off at the mall and I was gonna hangout at Hollister. Life was good, and because of that this is 5-Stars.
Fast ACCURATE service and way better flavor than most major coffee shops.
Appears totally closed. Second time I’ve stopped and found doors locked. Its 9:10am Sat. Sign on door says Sat hours 7:30am-5pm. I called number on door and no answer. I try another coffee site
