Ordered small hamburger with small fry lettuce, onion, pickle, and mustardNo mustard, not even full piece of lettuce. About 3 pieces of chop onionAnd couple of pickle stacked on top of each other! I have eaten at Five Guys inTrinity Florida lots of times always excellent! This is second time at Normal bothtimes very sloppy! Plus for the small burger and fry $13.05 prices UP quality DOWNPlus tip! Young man excellent nice!
Food was very good, we ordered ahead but still had to wait about 10 minutes for our food. There was only 1 person waiting ahead of us with 1 or 2 tables with people at them. That being said, the workers were very friendly and got the food ready as fast as they could. Fairly expensive for what it is but still worth checking it out. The cajun fries are awesome.
Delicious burgers don't get me wrong but prices are ridiculous....milkshake machine was down... but seriously 8 bucks for a kids/little burger seriously.... 12 for the big one.... seems a little out there..
I always have consistently great food and service here. Fries are the best in town- hand cut and made fresh and piping hot. Love the burgers and toppings- I always add grilled mushroom, onion, and mayo. Pricy but worth it every once in awhile when the craving hits.
The burger and fries was very good. It was made fresh when ordered. The place was clean, and some of the staff was very friendly. The only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars was due to the pricing. However, the quality of the food was great with all fresh ingredients.
Food is good but prices are so high that you really can’t eat here. You must lower your prices, and let me know about it so that I can come back. I won’t eat here until prices are lowered by 30-40%. A sandwich can cost no more than six dollars. Nobody should pay $10 for a sandwich - that’s absolute stupidity.
great service, clean restroom and someone was out keeping the seating are clean as well. only bug was the other 5 guys I've been too, when you order 2 large fries they half way fill a to go bag. This one gave me 2 cups full of fries. Was still a good experience though.
Very expensive for what I got. A hamburger wrapped in lettuce. Fries milkshake. $22.00 for 1 person. A lot of food though I could of split it with someone. The menu could be more clear on size. Food was very good.
This place it worthless. I ordered online for carryout. 4 burger and 2 fries only for over $50. The website said my order would be ready in 8 minutes. I proceeded to the store only a few minute drive and clicked on the check in button. I then waited 45 min in the store for my order. I watched as they serve the walk in orders but all the online orders or door dash order get set to shelf above the french fries. I don't know what logic there is in making the burger for an order then placing it in a bag to sit for 20-40mins and then coming back to put fries in??? I would say it was under staffed but there were 6 people behind the counter and they were all wondering around like headless chickens. I don't blame them at all, they were pleasant but clearly lacking any supervision or management presence. Again how do I know this? Because I had almost and hour to watch and observe the goings on. I finally asked if they even had my order and they "found" it on the shelf above the frier. After my short drive home the fries were hot, but burger cold. We tried to call to have new burgers made but the phone was busy. Later we learned it was sitting off the hook(see picture). We returned to have new burgers made and again waited almost 20 mins. Again the burger sat on the "the self" awaiting fries???? I will not be eating at the Normal location ever again. Its too bad, I like there burgers but this place is worthless!
Fries were good. They messed up my burger and it tasted really dry. Was disappointed especially because it's usually really good. Seems like this location is not as good.
