This store has issue with Oven. Almost every time common issue oven broke, no food. Don't waste time choose other coffee shops.
Had to repeat my order 5 times in the drive thru b/c they were having "system issues" and they still got it wrong in the end, and they weren't even busy
Submitted a mobile order and when I came in to pick it up it wasn’t ready which was fine, what irritated me is the girl working near the mobile order stations told me (pretty rudely) that next time I do a mobile order I need to stand in line at the order station to let them know that I am there…what kind of sense does that make? To stand in like when I ordered online-defeats the purpose of ordering online. I have never had to do that at any other Dunkin. Glad this store isn’t my regular store.
Great place to stop after an afternoon movie. Foamy cappiccino was just what was needed. Appreciate y'all.
Who ever was working today around 12 pm was completely rude and impatient to my husband who typically doesn't order coffee so he was taking a minute to decide(litterally a minute)what he wanted and proceeded to get impatient and rude even after he explained he wanted a cold brew signature latte and still rude as could be saying so what do you want then . Maybe have the employees trained on what products your selling I've never just drove off from a drive thru like thats I'll save my money and tips for more patient workers. Went to Starbucks across the street and they were able to help him no problem. So we gave them a 100$ bill to have.
Ordered online, drove to the location, the line was spilling into the street. I drove home, walked back, lobby closed. I tried to speak with the window attendant but she declined to speak with me as I was not in a car. Never got my food, never going back
Go through the drive thru here often. Good service considering how busy it gets. Staff is always friendly. My orders are always correct.
I use to go here regularly because it's a block from my house , of the 3 times I went within the last year they messed up the order 2/3 times. Today was 3/4 times. I got a coffee with 5 cream/sugar / Carmel, my girlfriend who drinks the same thing but with 7 creamers said that it was even too much for her. I'd assume they put atleast 9. This is the last time I go to this dunkin
It needs to be improved on customer service such as giving enough information to customer about their certain type of menu etc.
pancakes made my throat close and i’m not allergic. They were spongey and had a very bad taste. just would not recommend. but the staff there were very jimmy johns freaky fast
