When it’s good it’s great! On two separate occasions I have got a calzone delivered with raw dough inside and had to literally put them in the oven after delivery to finish baking. They have great cheesy tots.
The food is great but if I wanted to be screamed at by management I’d take back my old job. Look man, I get it. I’ve been in management years, but they way the late night manager handles things is childish, so don’t think about going in 3 hours before close or they’ll be irritated with you already. The posted hours are confusing, if you close at 3AM on Thursday why are we being screamed at that we “have 5 minutes to get out of the lobby” on the tail end of midnight, we just got our food which took 40 minutes btw. Childish management, flickering lights and yelling at customers to “not try and order anything but a cheese calzone because that’s all we’ve got”. I harmless statement but it’s the delivery, not the statement. Step it up guys, poor service.
I went to DP dough between classes 4:25ish, figuring I would be able to order one single chicken bacon ranch zone and it be ready, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes (5:10) just for one zone to come out and I was one of maybe three or four customers. Not really viable unless you order way ahead of time or don't have any other plans. The zone was good, but it just seems absurd that it could possibly take that long. I've been before and had long waits during rush hour, but this was just ridiculous.
We ordered online for delivery last night and the team at D.P. Dough did an awesome job! The combat zone was perfect and we will definitely be ordering again soon! Thanks for always delivering a great product!
Awesome food but the new delivery driver makes me walk all the way to him and get it from his car. Instead of parking right outside my buildings door he decides to park In a different parking lot in a different strip mall ?♂️ The other guy they had delivering was super awesome
It was our first time there. We had a group of 6 ladies having lunch before volunteering at the food bank. Everyone loved their food. Good value because prices are reasonable and portions are very generous. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend.
I don't know how everyone's experience is, but I love D.P! I am from Texas visiting friends in Wisconsin, and we stopped here just because we were hungry while heading home. I had the cheeseburg zone and my husband had the pineapple zone. We have to say they were amazing!! We were also upset to find out that the closest one to us is in Kansas! Please bring one here!! It would be very popular!! I mean a lot of California people are hear already, and they love this stuff!! ❤️ Thank you for making an awesome meal! ?
This was the rudest customer service experience I have ever had. The employee literally turned her back to me to play on her phone and ignore me because I didn't have a mask at their outdoor pickup window. Genuinely my bad about the mask, but rolling your eyes and ignoring me was not the answer.
DP Dough is excellent as always. They always get my orders right and the food is delicious. They are being responsible with covid by serving people through a window rather than inside the store. Overall great.
