Last time I picked up from here my chicken was burned black... now I'm waiting for a delivery order for someone else and I see the staff making the pickup orders with black chicken. They serve burned chicken to online orders Apparently on the regular
Ordered online and they forgot items in my order. Didn’t realize until I got home (20 minutes away). Pretty ridiculous considering it was during non peak hours and over $40 of food.
Worst chipotle in town. It’s never open after 8pm, either. Their online ordering system was down in store, which was no problem - my food was “promised” for 12:10, but at 12:20 the manager finally tells us all to get and wait in line, where we had to wait another 20 minutes to get through the line.
This Chipotle in Normal had awesome customer service and the food looked good and clean on the food counter. Walked today and customer service was the worse I've ever experience, the one person with the braids slopped the food inside the bowl and below 0 customer service, you can tell she didn't want to be there The food counter was filthy, food was looking pretty bad including the dried out beans that looks old. Never again will I walk back into this Chipotle. The one girl at the register was professional and good customer service. That's about it. Manager need to step up to see what is going on.

I didn't want to eat healthy, I wanted a greasy burger. But I'm glad I chose what I did! So good, so fresh! Never disappointed at Chipotle!
Please train these kids more before putting them in charge without a true manager. Sean is the best employee you have and after that its a mess.
