The customer in front of me received twice the meat for the same price. Proceeded to make my bowl, smallest bowl I have ever received. I was about to complain but the women looked like she didn't even care I was putting money towards this skimped bowl. You don't even want to see how much meat they served the guy behind me. I would have laughed and walked away if you expected me to pay for that. Treat your customers right. Not just the ones you think are attractive. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Stop skimping.
Way too expensive. Extra for some toppings and no ice tea. Qdoba much better. Staff was nice and efficient
Staff friendly. It's like a more expensive Moe's with fewer toppings and you have to pay for chips. Wasn't a fan of their chips or salsa. I did like their model of being able to choose the format (burrito/ taco/ bowl), and then the cost is based on the meat (or tofu or lack of meat). Then only extra cost past that is for guacamole, etc. But Veg toppings were very limited
The new workers need to get it together. The last three times I’ve been here the rice hasn’t been fully cooked. Nothing worst the trying to eat a bowl with crunchy rice. Not to mention they can’t put the lid on the bowl. Gonna start going to the one on veterans parkway.
I love their food. I take or deliver to my home.
This place practically kept me alive during college. For how often I picked up from here, you'd think I'd be bound to have a few bad experiences but this chipotle consistently delivered great food and great service.
No issues at all with this Chipolte, food is always very good, chips are properly salted, and queso is always good. No complaints.
I used to come here all the time until they started denying my military discount, I don't wanna be that guy but was kindof annoying when you get to the checkout and they suddenly refuse to provide the discount. Don't go to this location other chipotles are fine. I don't wanna sound ungrateful but I'm not a big fan of being lied to, if their wasn't a discount that's cool just make up your mind once instead of choosing randomly
The last couple times I have been here I order chips with my meal and they charge me for them but never give me the chips. Disappointed in this place.
Had pretty good experiences here in the past however we tried online ordering. That process in itself went well but they had our order behind the counter. I checked the online to shelves on three different occurances (walking past cashier) and waited well over 10 minutes for our order that was 15 minutes late at that point. Asked cashier and order was behind the counter.
