The burgers and fries were fantastic.The downside is the long wait.There is chaos in the lobby as registers aren't always manned. You basically kind of stand there and wait for someone to say next. Other people will disregard that and just jump in front of you.I feel like it would be more effective if one person ran the register and a couple others filled the order. That would speed things up, keep food preparers from touching money, and then food and keep the lines moving more quickly.
Burgers are awesome. The fries are the fries you've been searching for. Crunchy and crispy. I would have posted a pic but I ate my meal in 5 seconds. Also, we always get the cookie monster ice cream by the gallon to go. 5 stars always
Carl's is our favorite for ice cream. Lines can get long in the summer but we've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Food from the grill is always good, and a much better option than your typical fast food. Staff are generally friendly. On occasion, especially at night, the younger staff that seem to be running the place don't take customer service very seriously. Portion control is definitely very hit or miss. Sometimes a larger is overflowing and other times the large is more like a small.
It was my first time and definitely my last at this store. I asked for their “crunch” topping believing it was nestle crunch as there was nothing to suggest otherwise on the menu. Upon arriving at the window I realized it appeared not to be nestle crunch like I had originally thought. Still uncertain of what “crunch” was I asked the employees in the window “Are these nuts?” they responded promptly by saying “No it’s crunch we ran out of sprinkles!”. I didn’t order sprinkles I already had a bad feeling about it but then I took a couple bites and due to my allergy I knew almost right away that they were indeed crushed up candied nuts. I then had to spend the rest of my night in the ER. When I called the store today to see about them covering my medical expenses I was told “The owners will call you when they want to!” And “Why did you eat the nuts couldn't you tell they were nuts?”. Believe it or not given my allergy I don’t eat crushed up nuts covered in syrup very frequently. The disrespect I have received after being boarder line poisoned at this store is ridiculous. You people are lucky I didn’t eat more and have a more severe reaction. I will be pursuing further contact with this store and if the disrespect/lack of response from the owner continues I will pursue further action. Do not attempt to blame the victim; accept you’re responsibility to know what you are serving your customers. An ER bill should be the least they do after this!
Awesome local place, food is great and ice cream is even better. Service is fast and helpful. Pork tenderloin is my favorite food item and they have some cool soft serves/hard ice creams. Check it out!
Stopped by after a movie. Ice cream was excellent. Very wide variety of flavors. Food options available. Nice atmosphere. Will go to again.
I live close by but tried it just recently. It's nice they're open till 9:30 and they have plenty of seating outside. I would have preferred to receive my check.
Love this place! Every time I have come here they have been pretty busy but still move quickly and the food is always delicious. They have a wide variety of tasty ice cream flavors as well.
Indoor and outdoor tables (outdoor tables shaded). Drive thru or order inside. Great burger and fries similar to Culvers. $14.96 for a double cheeseburger with fries and soda. Everything was served hot. 5 stars if more affordable.
This was my 2 nd visit and will be my last. Very slow Service and the quality was well bad I had a strawberry shake and not one sliver of strawberry to be seen never mind tasted and at almost 4 bucks for a small I’m out. The employees were also very lack luster not one smile or thank you. I guess this is the future old fast food/take out with everyone being so under paid and under staffed. I might have even passed on the bad review if experience had been better.
