Good Food adequate service very clean Dining Room.. Impressive overall ?????
I don't know why the bother posting hours at this Burger King because they are never open in the evenings as they claim. If you plan on getting something to eat here in after 8pm you will be disappointed!
Had terrible service at this bk. I won't go into details because my issues did get resolved. But I will be going to other BKs from now on.
We went through the drive through today. The person taking our order was snarky and rude. We tried to make sure that they understood the order and she got even more snarky and rude. She didn't listen and the order was way wrong. It wasn't a good experience and we will not return. I would not recommend this Burger King to anyone.
French fries were good and hot.ordered a whopper and the tomatoes were green all the way to the outside edge and hard as could be. very disappointing since my wife's were red all the way thru.
Food is never fresh and i ordered 2 chicken fries not in a meal and the lady at the window got rude with me for asking for extra buffalo sauce instead of either charging me or just giving them to me i cant remember the first insident but this is the 2nd of 2 times theygot rude for no reason poor customer service
Terrible !!! Do not eat here !! The cook Is terrible !! Rubbery over cooked chicken and cold fries never will I be back
Just my 15 minutes visit to this place was enough for me to never return. The white lady that takes orders is really out of this world &’ just watching how she got smart with a older lady that could’ve been her mothers age gave very miserable. She saw me come in &’ kept talking until I guess she was finished with her conversation. She was having conversations with cooks in the back and all of them was talking about very badly about a customer. Using curse words and I wasn’t shocked because Burger King is where they need to be. All 3 of those individuals need to go and I believe they’re all related.
Hopefully corp will see and get new mgmt and staff for night shift. So you have to sit in front of a screen for 10min being told, “ one moment, one moment, one moment.” I said I’m going to McDs, your staff, “PEACE OUT!” Tell you what i am going to do, I am going to spend some time on the public walkway holding a sign saying, “BK 10MIN WAIT; DRIVETHRU TO MCDONALDS OR WENDYS 1-2min WAIT! Change staff or close shop! PEACE OUT
Ordered a impossible whopper and received a double regular meat whopper that also came with a hair in the cheese. Complained to management and nothing happened.
