Ordered a 30pc group pack and asked for it to be well done. Well to my surprise, I get so the way home to undercooked chicken. I phone this establishment with my issue and concerns of not only having my order incorrect, but the hazard of consuming undercooked poultry. The staff member ensured me that the chicken was cooked for 23 minutes; which is their standard for well. He then went on to tell me I could've requested them to cook it longer than the 23 minutes. How about informing the consumer of that while they are ordering. Duhhhh!!! Lastly, the chicken pieces were full of feathers. Straight garbage, I won't be back to this location!
Ordered for delivery and it was fast and it tasted good. However I was disappointed with the thigh bites. My large order felt small and most of it was crumbs. The few good pieces were nice and juicy I just wish there was more of it. It felt like I got whatever was left from the bottom of a bag. Next time if I want some type of nuggets I will stick with boneless wings because I never had that type of experience when I ordered those. And you at least will know how many pieces you will be getting.
i LOVE this wingstop. All the employees are so kind and always have a bright smile. Especially the two younger employees who are always at the cash register. The place is always clean and sanitary. These associates definitely deserve a tip jar. Another note, the bathrooms are the CLEANEST I’ve ever seen at any fast food restaurant. The toilet is so spotless I can lick BBQ sauce off the rim. The mirror is well kept and crystal clear. I couldn’t stop looking at myself and I was in there for a good half hour while my wife and kids were in the car waiting. Furthermore, little things like the general manager knowing my order makes me proud to be a returning customer at this location. Would 10/10 recommend.
Put my ordered in for a pick up on DoorDash. Walked in and was told they didn’t have it. They went through the stabbed tickets and found it. Told me it would be 10 minutes. Fine no problem. I get my food and open it when I get home. The fries are incorrect. I asked for buffalo fries, received 2 orders of plain fries. I’m missing all our dips, and rolls. We are definitely not happy with this.
If I could give this wing stop a negative star I would. The wing stop website was giving me issues to pay so I ended up going in and asking this girl that works there with red hair named “Cynthia” how I can do it and she puts both her hands up saying “I don’t know”. Then I said okay then I’d like to order. She’s talking to me so quietly and I can’t even understand her. Then told me it will be 12 minutes. Waited in the car for 20-30 minutes and went inside at 15 minutes waiting and she said it wasn’t ready and I asked when will it be ready and she said “I don’t know”. Then went back in the car waited another 10 minutes and went to get the food. She just handed me the food without saying anything. Pretty rude.

I come here all the time and the food is always good. Today, there was a mistake with my order. When i called to let them know, the GM Juan apologized immediately and found a way to accommodate me! I really appreciate the great customer service.
