Love that they always give us a pupaccino when we bring our pupper

So this is the standard ice for this starbucks store. I ordered Venti and after few sips all these ice showed up. Manager says its the standard level of ice: really???

That day, it was a drive-thru option for us. Since the line of cars to the drive-thru window was not that long -- and it was moving quite steadily -- it worked out just fine. Caffe Americano was hot and excellent, and I enjoyed it very much, the Cheese Danish was average, I'd say, it didn't strike me as being very tasty or being very fresh. Service was good, quite fast and business-friendly, the line of cars was piling up behind us, hence a somewhat "we-are-so-busy" service style. The location of this Starbucks is pretty convenient, if you are in the area: it's on N Milwaukee Ave, at the Fountain Plaza, where parking is available onsite.

Great coffee and not too long wait through drive-through

Closes early and turns you away after waiting in drive thru and when you call to complain they say well we are short staffed…. Ok and I wasted time waiting in line for what then…??!

Hi there! I visited this Starbucks last week. I asked for an eggnog latte. The nice lady taking my order stated that Starbucks discontinued their eggnog this year. As I was thinking of what to order instead & I'm sure my face reaction showing disappointment.One of the baristas named Eve stated that she would be willing for me to try her (own personal creation) latte that taste's similar to eggnog. To my Enjoyment it did & was AMAZING!! Huge shot out to Eve!!! And anyone who reads this & wants to try her personal eggnog (w/o eggnog) latte; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Extremely slow service at this drive-thru only Starbucks

Stopped by this morning, usually have a great experience but today a woman at the window at 730am 10.14.21Received my order. 3-4 blocks down I noticed one of the drinks was missing sweet cream foam so I turned around not wanting to ruin my own day.I pulled into the drive through and was greeted with the same customer service as always explained they didn’t add the foam to one of the 3 drinks, they offered to remake but as I pulled in I could hear them going back and forth about how “they definitely put it in” feeling like I was being called a liar I began to open the cups and show the lady at the window the order that one has sweet cream foam and the other that didn’t. She leaned out of the window and said “well take that” put her fingers on the lip/ top of the open cup and took the wrong drink.- I don’t come to Starbucks everyday to spend over $20 a day on coffee, expecting anything for free, however since Covid. I have become use to restaurants including Starbucks not allowing anything back inside for health reasons. She rudely asked for the expresso that was made wrong that I had obviously drank out of, didn’t apologize, and Stared at me with a “you can leave now” face.Today was not my greatest experience and I will definitely be driving out of my way an extra 6mins to go to the beautiful location on 5211 w Touhy Ave locationStill love Starbucks. People just need to be more considerate that everyone has things going on, I don’t want to deal with an attitude when I’m paying $20 bucks for a coffee. They made me drive out of my way to go back and get what I paid for.
