This place is horrible and expensive. I always tip good. Pizza was undercooked and box was I don't know what happened in transport but it look like someone sat on it. Never again.
Great service, I usually call when I'm in lunch for a quick pick up and 5 minutes later my pizza is ready.
This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are really off (burnt oil so everything tastes terrible or their deserts are completely frozen). Dame with delivery drivers - some are great and some expect 40% tip on a two block delivery...

Ordered pizza from them for delivery. I was waiting for over an hour, and when I called them to asked about my order, they said they don't didn't receive my order.
I used to love your spaghetti w/meat sauce , so much so that I ate it once a week. I had it for the first time in 1.5 yrs & was terribly disappointed. It used to be spicy from the meat and a smooth sauce. What I got was flavorless with big chunks of tomato. I have a Rosati’s closer but always ordered from you ‘cause it was sooo good! I guess I need to find a new spaghetti place.
The crust and tastes very good it was dry and didn't taste too fresh
I wanted banana peppers and got jalapenos -.- I hate jalapenos! I picked them off and ate around then cause I was hungry and waited an hour for it through Uber Eats.I frequent ORD for work and don't plan on returning here.
