I know there's a lot of negative reviews, either ordering from doordash (which I do have lots of bad experience from it, so I get it), or the papa johns app itself. I started using papa johns app itself and so far its awesome for me. Orders are pretty quick, from 20 to 25mins, but I pick them up tho since it's on my way from work. Sometimes you just gotta understand how many people order online so the workload is there. The app itself tells you what is happening to your order which is pretty cool. I get exactly what I ordered :)
Ordered pizza online, after waiting an hour it was finally getting picked up... by a DoorDash delivery person.Once they picked up the pizza, they started going to a different address.My address is the North version of a street, and they started driving to the East version. I tried contacting Customer service with the support chat, and the person on the chat was very rude, said I needed to call the store, then gave me the incorrect number and ended the chat. I had to look up the store online, and when I called all they could do was cancel the order.It's an hour and a half after I ordered and now my whole order is cancelled.Terrible service, terrible customer service, just all around awful.Never ordering Papa Johns again.
I called to make an order and the person who answered the phone wasnt as nice and friendly as I thought. I didnt like that
This place sucks they were one hour late. My food was cold and they dont want give my money back just some stupied store cradit. Like i would order from u guys back again. Never

One fine Friday afternoon, I decided to order pizza from Papa Johns Niles. I placed an order for Small Garden Fresh Pizza, soft drink and a Special Garlic dipping sauce cup. All was Ok except I did not get the "Special Garlic dipping sauce cup" along with the pizza. The food was home-delivered and I saw the delivery guy keeping my package outside the apartment building and I didn't see the cup on top of the pizza box. I thought it might be inside the box, but it was not there. If the item was unavailable, they could have called and informed me about it or asked for a replacement or least refund the amount they charged for it. I raised a complaint and no-one bothered to reply. So be aware you might be charged for the dip or other food items and wont get them. Plus, the delivery charges are ++
I waited over a hour for one pizza and one cheese bread. When I arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my food the employees did not have any part of my order ready. They said another 10 minutes so I waited. Ten minutes later still no food! They offered me complimentary wings for my wait. I waited longer and then they finally gave me my order but only for me to find that they gave me an empty box! Not only did they mess up my order, lost my order twice, but they were careless! The employees were arguing and cussing across the room at each other! No one wore gloves and my food was terrible!
This place is horrible. First my food was left outside. Then my pizza’s where very doughy. I tried calling them and they kept putting me on hold then hanging up on me. I will never order from them again. I will be contacting corporate!
For a 15 dollar pizza delivered cost like 45 bucks. Way way way too many hidden delivery fees and taxes. Pizza is great, but delivery service is outrageous. They have forgot my sauces and 2 liter of soda several times! You call back and they always say you will get an IOU that you never get next time around. They act like ur getting a special note on ur account that never happens.
The girl that has taken my order here the past two times makes by far the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve had. She takes her time and creates a masterpiece! Great job to this location!
