Ordered take out in store on Tues 5/24/22, it took over a half hour for order, then was given wrong order. Called store manager. Was told store was to verify correct order, didn't happen. Apologized and was told would mail out that day 2 vouchers for equivalent to the gift card I had used. Still waiting!?
This Panera is close to home so I always go to this location., though not a single time I go does my order not get messed up. Literally every time I come they forget something And will put ice if u ask for none. In other words there's ALWAYS AT VERY LEAST 1 mistake. Can never trust leaving wo inspection. And my latest visit when they forgot the sides in drive thru (just 2 pieces of bread) the man at window asked for the bag back to check, as if we were lying. It's horrible. This location NEVER gets ur order right /complete. It's insane that is even possible to do so 100% of the time yet the manage the feat.
Food is always good, consistent. No surprises. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I would like to give it a 5 star but the service that the cashier (Ang....a) was horrible.

After multiple times orders and picking up from this location I have confirmed this is the worst Panera in the north shore area. Avoid it all cost so we can get some serious attention to it from corporate and maybe they will finally train the staff better in customer service. Also the food is bad. I ordered a Greek salad once and the peppers and olives were bad in it. Yuck.

I used to like this Panera,but I find it irritating that this location never follows customization requests from online ordering. P.S. If a customer asks for butter,include the d*mn butter or create a way to charge extra for it. It is super annoying, especially when we are dropping $50+ on these lunch orders!! UPDATE-7 months later myself and my coworkers just ordered again, and requested butter and not even one. This order had at least 5 baguettes along with a variety of other items. I just don't get why it is so hard to throw some butter in the bag, especially when we request it. Done with this place!
Absolutely awful experience at this location. Prior to ordering the Website showed a 10 minute pick up time. I ordered my food and drove there at the beginning of my lunch break. Once I arrived I checked my my phone and it showed a ready pick up time of 40 minutes after the time I ordered. I asked the employee to expedite the process. After waiting for 20 minutes I finally watched my name appear on the preparing screen. In the meantime, I watched 3 customers place new orders at the counter and receive their door before mine was even started. I asked for a manager & was greeted by Jose. Jose could not have been less helpful, understanding, or sympathetic when I told him I had an hour lunch break and that ordering ahead was a time saving measure. There are multiple employees that are great at this store that I’ve dealt with in the past, but this is probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on.
