Food was amazing. The service was very quick. The ladies serving the food were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I talked to
I was excited to try this place after church I was coming with my whole family so it was about 10 to 12 people I called and asked prior to coming until I'd be about 10 minutes away if you'd be able to see us they said they would be able to when we get there we waited about 15 minutes for a table and then they told us that they would not be able to see us apparently driving down the street to go eat something else with 12 people if you want to eat here do not come with a large party
Had a group of 10 called in at 12:45 to confirm they can seat us arrived at 1:03 and then the server told us it would take 20 minutes to seat us which was fine then after waiting they decided we can’t be served because the close at 2pm which is fine if they hadn’t lead us on for an hour do not recommend coming here with a large party it seems like a nice place for parties of 2-4 with a lot of time to kill however

My wife and I absolutely fell in love with this place! Feels like they havent replaced it with anything modern since the place opened up! Super friendly staff, great food and awesome decor! Dont forget your dollars for the jukebox!
I'm not sure where you can find better hospitality, along with delicious food, anywhere else in all of Chicagoland. You are made to feel welcome the moment you enter the restaurant. The servers are nice and professional and just plain excellent, as is the food. Every single time. You will be happy you stopped in. Don't forget to check out all of the vintage memorabilia on the walls. Thank you, staff of Niles Grill. We love this place and we will be back time and time again. Happy New Year!
It’s a shame because the food wasn’t half bad at all, especially for the price. But the stale smoke smell in the restaurant is too bothersome to me. Especially after covid, I have problems with third hand/second hand smoke. Need a good remodel, the 50s were almost 8 decades ago.
