First time. Hard to choose something because it all sounds so good-- I had a Reuben, which was stacked and very tasty, and my partner had the Italian sandwich, which he said was excellent. We will definitely return to try more items-- the place was immaculate and the service was excellent
New to an area that needed some fresh options, they have excellent sandwiches and nice seating areas. I had asked for a recommendation and her suggestion to have French dip sandwich was a good one. The content of the sandwich was good but the bread was especially excellent. I’d even recommend potato salad as a side order. Here’s to hoping this place will stick in this location.
The Reuben is fantastic! That being said, the customer service is awful.Not only did they mess up one of the sandwich orders, they forgot to give us our sides. So 4 sandwiches and no sides. We phoned them to address it and we were told we would be issued a credit within 3-5 business days. We asked for a confirmation number so we could follow up on the credit, but were told, "Sorry, we can't give you one".Needless to say, it has been over 5 days and no credit.
I'm come here almost everyday for lunch while I'm at work and they have really good food ! I would recommend trying the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich amd sweet Chipotle chicken sandwich, they both have amazing taste and are always warm . Service is super nice and friendly at this location too . They always get my order right and bring it out in a timely fashion. I would recommend everyone try this place and eat Here at least once.
I LoVE their food! Giwever, they got my order wrong/incomplete 3 times in a row. I placed an order at 1:37P.P. on Saturday April 16th. It arrived missing 3 items. I called twice to complain, asked to speak to the manager on duty.upon hearing my concerns, he hung up on me BOTH times. VERY,VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED by his conduct.M. Mendoza
First time here. Had a BLT wrap. It was delicious. Mac n chesse was delicious too. Steven gave us great service. We'll be back
Only one star. Not because food was bad or bad service but just because discrimination of people without vaccination card. I had card but kids of mine no. So we can’t eat inside. Joke. Since when vaccinated person can’t spread COVID??? Doesn’t matter if you are vaccinated or not you still can make people sick and spread COVID !!! So we ordered takeout. So don’t cry if you loosing customers. Because my family won’t eat there again. No more MCAlister’s
Awesome staff. Broccoli and chadder soup was so cheesy. Had a french dip sandwich as well that was very great.
The cook was busy talking on the phone my food was forgotten, but then marissa came out and was so nice and turned the whole experience around. Thank you Marissa I will be back!
We’ve been meaning to try this place and finally did. Each of us tried the twofer deals. The tortilla soup was creamy and flavorful. The chef salad was impressively abundant and fairly generous on deli meat. Each half sandwich was prepared on fresh, warm bread and the respective ingredients didn’t disappoint. The service was accurate and friendly. We would certainly return.
