Worst food..bread was old..taste weird..I not comming there....
I order online they hadn’t even started making my sandwich until I walked in. There were no customers in the restaurant when i arrived and left. What’s the purpose of customizing your sandwich thru the online ordering just for them to ask how you want it and still not make it the way you asked for. I see many bad reviews for this location so I see my negative experience at this place is not the only one. Their whole sales pitch is freaky fast but I still had to wait while they made my sandwich even though I ordered online. I’ll just avoid this location because it’s not like this at the countless other JJs I have visited.
This is the worst Jimmy John’s , I thought they were suppose to be “freaky fast,” absolutely not, placed my order 40 minutes ago and called them to ask what’s going on. No one bothered to pick up, I’m sure they are losing business because of this as well! On top of that I’ve received no refund yet. I wouldn’t bother going to this place tbh.
This location is fantastic if you come in, but I've never had to wait nearly an hour before for a soggy Jimmy John's delivery from anywhere else. I should have checked previous reviews before ordering delivery at 2:30 on a Wednesday afternoon.
I have never had any issues with countless numbers of Jimmy John's, except the one right in my back yard. It does not matter how many times I order for them, every time it takes over an hour for it to be delivered. I am not talking just once but well over six times. This location is the exact opposite of freaky fast, and any other restaurant can deliver faster. I am done being a customer.

Terrible place. Ordered once and received a completely different sub than I ordered. when I called for a refund, they said try calling back in about 15 minutes. Will not order again.update i did use that link to send in my complaint. still have not received a refund for the sub I never received
Relatively fast service for how busy it was
1 hour plus delivery time every time , I've given them too many chances.
Needs better management!! Very slow at pace. Bin to other JImmy John’s this is the far worst. Would never order or go back to them waste of money and time!!!!!
