Angry cashier does her job angrily, especially if you ask for help. The sandwich was cold, wanted it toasted but I was done trying to get her attention at this point.

Ordered from this place for delivery twice. Both times I had to call to check on my order because it was over 1.5 hours from when they accepted the order the first time and about an hour the second time. Never ordering for delivery again from this place. The extra $4 for delivery charges is ridiculous when they have such bad service.
Sometimes during the week on my lunch break, I look forward to coming here! not only cuz I'm hungry but the employees working here are awesome people! It really makes my day better talking to them And some of them even remember my order! #9 on square with a pack of mayo.
Best experience I've ever had at a Jimmy John's! By the time I finished ordering my food was all ready! The staff have such a positive personality here, really made my experience better! Keep doing what you're doing!

This Jimmy John’s closes before dinner. And no other JJ will deliver to me because this one has rights to my delivery to my house. Please adjust your delivery frame to exclude downtown Skokie.
Everytime I order from this location my sandwich is sloppily thrown together and they always forget something. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, and my sandwich was even worse the next time. The young cashier is also incredibly rude. This is not the case for other locations in the area, driving a little further is worth it for better food & customer service.
