FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.I walked in and said, "first time here" the young lady with the glasses (i believe she was the Manager sorry don't recall her name) was so energetic, knowledgeable, friendly and knew her sandwiches.She asked what I like to eat and explained everything in detail. I felt like a superstar or celebrity.Thank you young lady and staff for such a humble first time experience.I will be back!
I had a coupon for a free regular sub, and this was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. The sandwich I had ordered was the famous Philly.When getting the sub there was a mix up at the register. When getting home, I noticed the sandwich was huge like the length of my arm. "This is the regular?" I remembered thinking. When I opened the sub I saw it had a lot of sauce on it. I called them and Ronny answered. Ron was very professional in explaining that we did infact have a mix up with bags. The sandwich was not a regular, and it was buffalo chicken. Ron insisted I come in and they'd give me the right sub for free. I kindly refused. We talked for a few minutes. I tried the sub while we were on the phone and it was good. Jokingly, I said to him "no worries, next time I come in I will just order the famous philly again." Ron told me to mention what happened and they'd discount my next order and give me a free drink. There was no compromise with Ron, lol.Although the sandwich was not what I had ordered. Their customer service was great. Ronny was fantastic. The staff was very kind too. And you know what, that sub was pretty good. ?
The Italian sub was OK, better than I thought it'd be. The surprise for me was getting a Philly Steak sandwich withOUT the cheese (ugh. who the heck thought of -that-?! Ruining perfeckly good beef with a layer of goop?) and watching my endentural friend be able to eat it...and it was pretty darn good with their sweet onion sauce, should have bought a Large. Live 'n learn. A touch pricey, so it won't be a weekly thing.It's just a little off the beaten path for me, out west on Touhy. Got one on the North side? Chicago, I mean.There ya go. Bon Appetito.
Have to remind them EVERY SINGLE TIME that bacon goes on club sub. And then you get rushed so fast that you can't even see if it was put on or not. Well it wasn't. Called 3x to inform that in their haste they incorrectly made my sandwich to no avail. Great food. Poor customer service
Come here all the time. Great food and even better employees. Delicious.
I love Jersey Mikes but this location seems to always have stale white bread. This probably started about 4-6 months ago. I've since started going to another location.
If you want a sandwich place and are sick and tired of Subway and Jimmy John's, then this place blows them both out of the water. Each sandwich is delicious and you feel like your in a real deli shop!
I just got some food. Ordered chicken bacon ranch. I just wanted to say the two people that were just here at 545pm 02/09/22 today. I LOVED their energy!
The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the manager is awesome. The people at this location make me want to visit more often.Their sandwiches are delicious and carefully made. Great experience!
The lady behind the counter was really nice to me, I had a small oversight, was in error but she accommodated me last time. I'm forever grateful. I was treated really good here.
