I went in tonight and a rude woman was being very disrespectful.I dropped some of the runny yogurt the onto the rack.She started yelling and saying it wasn’t on accident.She even said never come back.The whole experience was so negative.
Rude and insulting. The lady staff at the Froyo place. She is so condescending to people.

I came here on 8/7 at 8:20 and the shop was closed. I drove 20 minutes because online it states it’s open till 9pm. I pull up and the hours posted on the door also says 9pm but apparently they open and close when they feel like it.

The older Latina woman was horribly rude. I came in with my children on mother's day. The yogurt I wanted was runny so I dumped it on the spill rack. She came over very rude and told me "never do that" in an ugly tone. I tried to explain but she was so rude. I later cashed out with over an over 30 dollar purchase in which she stared at me in a very confrontational manner. Had I not paid, I would have left the yogurt and walked out. I was offended, it was mother's day and she went out of her way to be disrespectful and turn a good moment into a very unpleasant situation.On top of that as I walked out she said I "made a mess". Please review the camera and tell.me WHERE and HOW ?? 6 machines were non functional or dripping and the pans to capacity, yet possibly an ounce of runny yogurt was put on a drip pan and I was accosted, disrespected and then insulted in front of other customers who immediately came outside to confirm her ignorance and level of disrespect.
I went into this place for the first time, and it will be the last. It was filthy dirty. I even had a piece of hair in my cup and the tables were disgusting.They had this loud Spanish music playing, as the woman sat their playing with her phone, not even getting up for one minute, but had the nerve to have a tip jar in front of her.
Change your hours. Came here 4 times at night over past month, and store was closed before posted time on google. Tonight it’s 10:00 and it’s not supposed to close until 11:00. Drove 5 miles to come here just to turn around. Very bad for business. This isn’t the only business doing this, either. Disappointed.
