This is a real concern since I always get my breakfast and coffee from Dunkin. Every time I order anything “food” I get a strong taste of chlorine where is unbearable to eat, I always said to myself, it’s probably me because I’m pregnant but I have asked other dunkin lovers and they have stated the same thing! Please if you are using chlorine to preserve the food that’s totally unacceptable! It nasty and dangerous. The only thing that doesn’t taste like chlorine is donuts and coffee other than this I have tried almost everything from the menu and honestly, I’m so disappointed- this not the only location it’s all locations I have gone to.

They don’t know how to make Hash-browns anymore. It’s ALWAYS burnt around the edges and chewy like rubber, every single time. I like next door too so whenever I come in the middle of the night for a midnight snack or early breakfast, it’s ALWAYS burnt.Hire a person who knows how to make them properly without me feeling like I’m chewing on a tire. Breakfast totally ruined ?
On Sunday I went for a meetup with Sunny Ali. Sunny Ali is known as a guru of Amazon. We sit down there discuss about Amazon strategies, how we can launch our products on Amazon etc.. dunkin is a best place if you want to meet someone for business purpose or anything else. They don’t charge you extra for sitting there you can take a cup of coffee with you or donut and sit there and enjoy the meetup or meeting. In this meetup I met so many people who were from Pakistan but now they’re USA residence.
The only location that serves fresh, hot, great tasting coffee. Nice inside atmosphere, and outdoor seating in the summer.

DOULAT's customer service is outstanding. She deserves a raise. She is always smiling and optimistic and I've never had trouble with my orders at this location.
Wednesday 1:15am two girls behind the counter with attitude. I was standing at the register to order over 5 minutes while those two girls ignored me and talking to each other by the drive threw window. I approached them and asked if I can order I have been waiting by the register the blond young lady said your need to order from this side (which is service area by the drive threw) I Asked how would I know that, she ignored me and asked what would you like to order (shocking). I asked for two coffee with Splenda cream and unsweetened hazelnut plus avocado toast. While she was ringing me up the dark hair girl come up and ask me how would you like in your coffee so I answered saying I just told your coworker, with an attitude she says “well I’m making the coffee so you need to tell me” at this point I’m so shocked and wondered if I’m really at a Dunkin donut. I decided to just tell her how I want the coffee to avoid problems but then I only get 1 coffee ?, I had to explain that I ordered twoI have no clue if those girls are having a bad day or that’s the service level that Dunkin is offering now. I’m big fan of Dunkin and love this location, management needs to look into the night shift. Very disappointed and shocked

I ordered a med. hot Caramel Macchiatto, egg and cheese croissant, orange juice, and 2 donuts. The coffee was half filled, with a lot of foam tinhide that fact.
