If you no longer honor the option for extra protein for your entrées, I suggest you all update that on your website and menu. What a ripoff....Asked for extra steak. I got 1 little baby scoop.
I'm just going to start off by saying I love Chipotle, but I have seen a decline in the service and attention to detail when it comes to the food prep. I ordered two rice bowls, and the rice was undercooked. I don't understand how that's possible, considering how easy it is to cook rice. I can only see it as blatant disregard of attention to detail. My chicken had joints in it. I will say this is a first, that has never happened before. Everything else was fine except for those 2 discrepancies.
0 stars. Rude, very rude staff. I think they hate their jobs. They didn’t listen well, and messed my burrito. The girl didn’t even know how to wrap it. The whole thing fell a part when I mentioned it to the manager she told me that I am rude and leave the store. Outrageous and bizarre.
Worst chipotle I have been tooMy plate was not filled as I asked for three orders and when. I pay to get what I asked for but this is they second time they have done this.
Always so fresh tasting, friendly staff, clean restaurant, have dined here many times and it's always a quality experience
Below average service, generic food, too spicy meat can't taste the flavor. Dirty tables.
Staff is rude and they're always making the burritos with the ingredients on one side rather than folding it to where you bite all the ingredients. The food itself presented in front of you, looks old. This Chipotle has really deteriorated.
I paid extra for guacamole and there was NONE. Tried contacting via my account and filled out form but it would not take me to next section. Contacted store on phone and after saying it would connect me it hung up after ringing for over 1 minute. I just want a refund for the guacamole that was NOT in my order.!
I go here with my dad time to time before work and this time we got our usual burrito and bowl with a bag of chips the burrito and bowl were fine but I mean I don’t care about how much I get in chips usually it’s all around the same but my bag didn’t even come up to the first fold of the bag so I took it back up and just asked if I could get a little bit more chips and showed her there is so little she said they couldn’t do anything but did notice the amount I as an old employee of chipotle knew she coulda been nice and just tossed even the littlest amount of chips in and it would have been ok but she just said sorry we can’t do anything and moved on to the next customer just think they should be nice to their customers about food proportions ps their burritos are more like a big hot pocket you gotta re roll them if you don’t want them to fall apart the first bite
Nice food. Tried veg bowl. Portion was okay.
