Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no bun (requested lettuce wrap). I got to the window and the cashier had a problem with me asking for another piece of lettuce because they literally gave me a patty on top of ONE piece of lettuce. Then I asked for extra pickles and it was no pickles at all and they had the audacity to act like they didn’t want to give me pickles either.
Placed my order at the front counter and the entire order placing process was a very mild experience. The cherry on top was not a single employee mentioned “My pleasure” at any point. Will consider visiting this establishment in the future.
This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever visited. They are slow, more worried about socializing than doing their job, and they manage to mess up a chicken sandwich somehow. I just went today, and I ordered a Chick-fil-A sandwich and an order of nuggets. The sandwich chicken was super burnt, nearly inedible, and they only gave me one Chick-fil-A sauce to choke down this burnt sandwich and soggy nuggets. This is my last visit I think.
I always use the drive thru but this time I dine in. It is a luxury to eat outside these days and Chick-fil-A is no exception. The staff was nice and bring us our food immediately. The chicken sandwich is very tasty but the bun should be larger or a Kaiser type of bread so it can hold the chicken better. The cobb salad even though it looked yummy the chicken used was the endings or leftover. It was cooked extremely well done that took away the enjoyment of the salad. I will not ordered again!!
It is chick-fil-a. You know what you’re getting. Except when ordering nugget meals. I know it is a stupid thing to be bothered by but when I buy two meals I would like to get more than one sauce per meal. But, nope. Guess their bottom line is too important. Normally don’t leave negative reviews, but it doesn’t stop. So I need to know, do I get one sauce or two with a twelve count nugget combo? Guess it is one. I’ll just take the extra five minutes and choose a different location from now on.
Young evening staff, the food not always fresh seems its been there just sitting under heated lamps and they honestly play too much more then they work.I've been lucky most times with fresh fries, but chicken sandwiches don't get me started.They need to step it up, unless I'm hungry and only option in the area.I won't be coming here anymore rather eat @McDonald's if that's the case.
Excellent food and speedy service- Chick-fil-A gets all the little details right and the food quality is just head and shoulders above competitors. Our server was very nice and courteous as well. We will seek this location out when in Chicago.
The quality of food at Chick-fil-A is going down... In the last couple of weeks, ate at 2 different places... Both times, the fryes were oily and very thick.
The staff over there is very nice and the fried chicken sandwich is very good with Chick-fil-A sauce and the waffle fries was good but it was a little cold and I haven't tried the Mac and cheese
Worst chic fil a. My mac and cheese tasted cold and tasted old both times. My nuggets tasted weird and the breading was coming off. There’s recently always been a problem with my order at this location.
