Location has been out of my go to item for sometime now so I like to call prior to heading that way since I live a couple blocks down. Literally called right now, heard the employee pick the phone up and place it back down without acknowledging me. Hung up and tried to call back but the line says it’s busy now....this dude left the phone off the handle so he wouldn’t receive phone calls for the rest of the night....just say u hate ur job and go
Disappointed my favorite ice creams were not available pralines n cream, strawberry and no hot fudge. Customer service was ok.

Horrible experience and customer service. Ordered custom cake days in advance and at scheduled pick up time no one knew anything about it. Will never order from this location again.
Great Ice Cream treats of all sorts. Generous portions and toppings. Also, freezer ready cartons to take home.
