220615 _The Photo and prices are from June 15, 2022. _It's White Castle. _I was craving some Sliders and Chicken Rings and The Crave Case and Large Order hit the spot. _The Sliders were good. _The Rings were ... alright, could've been better. _The Service was okay and quick enough for a large order. _The drive through is a bit tight when I had to pull up to the 2nd window to wait and the customers behind me had to cut sharp to not rear end my car, but it all worked out. _I do recommend this location from this experience. _(Like this Review ^)
Hands Down the Best. I just wish we had them where I live.
Nice to know that we have hard working people in the New Lenox location that tell me that we are short staffed to provide a service 50 minutes before they close. Pathetic garbage seriously! I guess you don't make enough money! Been visiting white Castle for ever 40 years. My mother used to bring white Castle to Florida because they were not established there.... Explain White Castle! You better cross the Ts and dot the Is. You could send me a 1000 dollar check I will never visit.This is how things have changed and what these people have created. Good for business! There hasn’t been one time they have not screwed up an order. If it’s not them forgetting chicken rings one time, to fries the next, something is ALWAYS missing. Double and triple check your orders before leaving. I’m sure it will be wrong.
This location is absolutely horrible. Every single time we have gone there they have some sort of major issue with our order. The service is absolutely terrible. The wait times for anything is completely unreasonable.I can’t stress enough to stay away from this White Castle unless you like pain and misery.

So I'm going to grab the kids some chicken rings and fries. It was late close to bedtime. The wife and I were just going to have something at home. I place my order. Pull around to pay and tell my wife we should have just ordered some burgers, oh well, no biggie. I pay. Pull forward to the pickup window. They hand me two bags. I drive off my wife's like why two bags? One had my kids order, the other A ten sack of cheeseburgers. Due to covid they couldn't take the food back. Thanks White Castle. The food was fresh and tasty ?

I mean, it's White Castle. You go there knowing exactly what to expect. It met expectations.
