2 stars because the food is normally pretty good, but this location always forgets something in my order. Sometimes it's fries, other times it's a whole kids meal. Also not to be a Karen, but people with long hair should be wearing hair nets!!! Haven't found a hair in my food yet, but it wouldn't surprise me if other people have. When you try to call their number, no matter what time you call, you still won't get an answer.
Made me wait 15 minutes for my food and didn’t give me my entire order until I got back to work then refused to give me the food I didn’t get

Did a mobile order. Food tasted fine but they were out of 3 items. There's a big sign on their window that they don't do refunds... Not sure how they can get away with no refunds when they're out of a product that's paid for. Employee was pleasant and apologetic.They forgot one of the items and I didn't know until I got home. Oh, and for anyone that pays attention to this during the current height of omicron - not a single employee had a face mask. I'm not talking pulled down or not quite on - it didn't exist. Weird to see when basically every other fast food chain around here requires them.
Honestly just a huge fan of their franchise. Every location has consistently quality food.
I went here tonight on January 8 about 5:30pm. Been working all day & on my way home I stopped by this Wendy’s. Bad, Bad, Bad mistake bcuz I was hungry & now I don’t have anything to eat. Had to go somewhere else bcuz the first time the drive-thru cashier gave me my food. The bread was greasy and hard, the chicken patties was dried out and hard!! So, I drove back around & ask politely for another sandwich. The girl gives me another sandwich but a worst & she basically threw the sandwich at me ? then closed the window. I blew my horn but she acted like she didn’t see me!! People don’t go here if you want good quality Wendy’s food

New Lenox Wendy’s made my night. I can’t give many details but GO TO WENDY’S. GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Ricky deserves a raise.
Plesant service at the drive through, however a few hiccups. My burger was missing bacon ? when I only put in the app no onion & I ordered physical frosty key tags that were not given causing me to circle back around not once but twice. Lesson learned to check my order prior to pulling away. Over everyone was great at getting the items taken care of.
