I’m new too the area. Just started working near the New Lenox location. I’ve eaten there about 3 times food is good. Yesterday I stopped and got breakfast on my way to work. While eating my omelette once I got to the middle I noticed it had hair in it. I called and spoke with the young lady who took my order she was very apologetic & let me know she went to speak with the manager took down my name & told me they would give me a credit for the food to be replaced. I was happy with that! Today I was on my way to work so I called to place my order another young lady put me on hold to speak with the manager and came back to let me know there was no credit for me and whatever I wanted to order needed to be paid for. That’ll be my last time eating there ever!
Wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff, and excellent tasting food served in amazingly large portions.Be warned - the dishes we ordered were huge. Consider sharing or ordering the half-sized options.Our table ordered the omelet, biscuits & gravy and the chicken fried steak (chicken). All tasted great. Coffee was great as well. We ended up taking home more than we ate.Really enjoyed the experience.
My family and I have eaten at Waffles Kafé several times and have yet to be disappointed. Laid-back atmosphere, super clean, giant portions and great food.
Delicious, generous amount of food, at fair price. I just love the sweet potato waffle fries!! I give this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars. I will definitely be back ?
I asked for my Americano tiny splash of creme and my hash browns well done and THEY LISTENED! Everything was so good. My dads soup looked so good that I had to order one too! Portions r huge! Have the Chicken Fried Chicken! Delicious. Will return for sure!
Good French toast. Prices are a bit high for breakfast. Good service but my server wore her mask under her nose the entire time I was there. Should have been addressed by management. She was the only person I saw who wasn't properly masked.
Great local place with delicious food. Friendly and courteous staff make this place worth visiting.

Daughter brought us here for breakfast and the food was very good. Generous portions and fresh cooked ingredients. Clean and staff is very pleasant and professional.
My friends and I love going to Waffles! It’s always our first choice for celebration meals or just hanging out. The service is incredible and fast, and everyone is so nice. It’s also a plus that the food is always delicious!
