This is by far the worst place to eat in the area! Beware…they cannot get your order correct what so ever. I decided to give them a second chance after a bad experience I had with this location months ago…BIG mistake. Not only was the order prepared wrong, they charged me $20 for 4 tacos that were supposed to be supremes, but were actually regular tacos. Stay away from this location. BTW.. I did call with hopes of talking with the manager..mailbox was not set up! Are we surprised!!???
I mean it’s Taco Bell so my expectations aren’t high in the first place… but For some reason the beans at this location are ALWAYS dry… please add some water if they are getting too thick. My Mexican pizza kept falling apart bc of the dry beans. Thank goodness I was able to doctor them up at home in my air fryer!Oh yeah they messed up my order too… thank goodness I check my Mexican pizzas before I got too far. They were made with beef when I ordered veggie…so glad I found out before I spent the 15 min to get home. Still having to turn around to fix the issue was annoying too ??♀️.And wrapped my burrito the wrong way so was inedible ?
Have frequented this location the past year as an Uber eats driver, Door Dasher, and personal pickup. Overall have had great experiences. A few interesting observations and lessons learned. 1). Large orders put internal stress and congest the system. Expect long wait times and poorly made food due to the constant stretching thin of short staff and unrealistic expectations set on them for speed of service. Order for you, know what you want, be quick. Night and day difference. After having been a delivery driver, a mobile app pickup user, and drive through orderer I’ve started to consider larger orders to be rude and a disregard for what fast food has become. It’s not a restaurant to feed a family. It’s a place to get a personal meal or a bite on the go. Don’t order $40-$80 worth of food through DoorDash and then wonder why it’s cold when I deliver it. It just doesn’t keep. This is coming from a driver who brings you an order I watch get freshly made in front of me as I wait for it. 2). Don’t go inside. It’s a pandemic as it is and it’s just plain rude and a burden on the staff. Drive through like everyone else. 3). There are nationwide shortages on a lot of things. It’s not their fault they’re out of fire sauces. Have witnessed more poor treatment toward employees than good treatment and I mostly just pickup food deliveries so I’m not even in the building for too long. The things I’ve witnessed make me feel like these workers are vastly underpaid which won’t change. The young guy working the window isn’t even human. He’s a machine. Give that man a gold medal for literal top tier service. I watched the car in front of me throw an absolute tantrum and he was smiling and reassuring me about my bag contents by the time I inched up. I don’t know his name but he’s fast and gets it right every time. Will keep coming as long as he’s there. I posted this under a different name to keep my privacy as I deliver food from here every week but you guys know who I am! Salute!
Our visit here started our a bit wired when the side door was locked, so we though it was closed; although seeing people in the lobby. We went back to the car and called to see if they were open for indoor seating, and they said yes. We were a bit stumped when the doors were locked, but we walked around the building and the doors on the other side of the building were open. Not really sure what happened, just if your coming here to eat in, go to the very front of the store to enter.Other than that food was good. Took a while for them to get it out to us since we were the only ones getting food at the time. Overall just an average experience.
So of course only have fire or Diablo sauce and I say ok fire please. Get home open bag well I did get napkins no freaking sauce. Has to be the worst taco bell in country ! In11 years have I got home and had everything right what I ordered. I'm done never again
I can't believe I just stood in line for over 5 minutes arguing with four people about making a three item order. They told me they weren't able to take the order because they were short staffed but they were able to take a mobile order. My mind an order is an order does it matter if I tell them the order or if it pops up on a screen I don't understand what makes any difference. But they proceeded to belittle me because I didn't have the mobile app and argued with me about it the whole time. Instead of spending 30 seconds and taking my order. Will tell all my friends and family about my experience.
I can't believe I just witnessed the Taco Bell employees arguing the cars in front of me. They actually went outside of the window and started yelling in to customers cars. Then it was my turn they said they couldn't take my order but they could take a mobile order which really doesn't make any sense. I was in the restaurant business for 15 years I've never seen employees act that way. I would be embarrassed if one of my employees ever acted that way in my restaurant.....
The staff they have working during the day is absolutely horrible they're telling me they can take a mobile order but can't take my order and wants to argue with me for 5 minutes instead of taking my order in one. there's four of them standing around two of them are at lunch in the middle of Rush hour. This place might as well be closed down every time I go there there's always an issue. I will never ever go to this facility again.
The slowest fast food on the face of the Earth. Does Taco Bell needed to be shut down at least a year ago. Order one soft shell taco and they make you wait out front in the parking lot for 15 minutes. If you don't have the people to run the business then shut the business down
The staff is always friendly here. They update you if there is a wait amd the food is always made fresh! The few times i had issues they corrected it. Best Taco Bell this side of I-80.
