Okay at best and certainly not great. They really over do it with the sauces such as a sweet onion Teriyaki or the ranch sauce even when you tell them to put it on light. Much better choices out there for Subs such as Jersey Mike's or McAlister's. Quality of the chicken as well as the steak is subpar. Vegetables are fine as well as the bread but overall it's not the quality you should expect.
Ordered through their online site, placed the order and my card was charged through my bank but then said an error on their site. There may have been an error on the site, but there wasn't an error for them charging my card. I called and they said we didn't get an order and if card was charged you need to take it up with your bank?! Uhm no my bank is not the Bank of Subway, my bank didn't charge me, you guys did. So not getting food that was ordered, but they got $66.13.

I ate a sub for lunch today and I had to be sent home from work because my stomach was hurting so bad, it's been 8 hours since and my stomach is still killing me

Worst customer service ever, the owner should be Ashamed he/she has a girl named Emma who works there! I’ve been coming here for years and never an issue. This girl is the rudest, most arrogant person serving people. Her Behavior when speaking to customers should be carefully examined. I asked to speak to the manager or owner, and she proceeded to tell me she’s the owner. If the owner reads this, can you please follow up with your contact info? I would like to talk about this horrible experience I just had. New Lenox deserves better than this!
I had taken my son into this subway for lunch, and Emma was the one that was gonna take the order.. my 9 year old son had ask her what kinda bread they had and she ignored him and stared off into the parking lot. So i proceeded to tell him the bread options, then told her what kinda sandwiches they had and he asked to see the ham, Emma picked the ham up with attitude, so that’s when I decided I would take my business somewhere else..when I got outside I called inside and asked to speak with the manager which happened to be the same girl that called herself waiting on us. So I asked her for corporate’s number and she told me it’s online I looked online and didn’t not see it..I would NEVER do business there again..
