Very rude and told me that my business is not worth their time and continued arguing with me regarding the issue when the employees were definitely wrong.
This Starbucks is the best around town and my favorite worker Karla is the best she is so sweet and makes me feel so happy with her gorgeous smile and keeps me coming back
I absolutely love your coffee, but please in the good lord's name in vane please splurge the extra few bucks for straws that don't break. It is literally every single time I buy a $10 cup of coffee.
I have been coming here for years. The more and more I go, the more attitude from employees. I do not feel wanted nor welcome there.

There have been a multiple of times in the last couple of wks where the store had a sign that it was closed only thr drive through was open yet there were people sitting inside. Strange.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.. My daughter ordered 4 drinks 3 were made and when they never heard the order for the 4th drink they made her go back in line to place the order for the missing drink. We waited 15 minutes. For a big shoot like SB and what their coffee costs I'm really disappointed in them. I will Never use this location again.
This place is so good. They make really good drinks, and the staff is so friendly. This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area and I come in here and my mood instantly changes! It’s a great store with great people and a great atmosphere!
