They did a great job with the order. They were nice and the order was exactly what I asked for. I’ve been to a few Starbucks that would lack this. However, this one was not lacking.
Went to this location twice yesterday, first time i asked employee to use my 50% off coupon instead used free beverage.. second time went back to use the coupon my drink has no strawberry base in it.. the strawberry refresher is very light and they made it light because they don’t want to run out.. but very much taste like water! Ridiculous
I was disgusted when my boyfriend ordered a drink from here and they wrote on the lid with a sharpie and said ‘ made w/ love’ i did not appreciate it. It’s gross it may be harmless but I found it disturbing will not be returning.
I’m seeing a lot of negative reviews. Every time I go to this location, they greet me with a smile and make a great drink. I’m very impatient and have never found the wait to be too long…
A friend recommended the 'medicine ball' for my allergies. When I looked at the menu, it didn't appear, so I called and she knew exactly what I was talking about. Got it and it did help with irritation.
Slowwwwww. Waited in the drive thru for 20min!!! Super backed up drive thru, I will never go to this location again.
Slow. And they close the inside when they're busy, but don't notify you if you place a mobile order for in store pick up vs drive thru. I've been late for work getting stuck in the drive thru waiting for coffee I paid for thinking I'd be able to walk inside to grab it fast. Unorganized.
The ladies and gents are always so friendly and helpful at this location. I almost always do a mobile order on my way to work on Fridays and the little message on my coffee this morning was a great pick me up that I didn’t know I needed! Thank you!
I have been here the last two days and have had Josh help me both days! He was the nicest young man. I know you don’t always hear the good and more so the bad. He deserves to be recognized. Very sweet and caring. His parents should be proud and hopefully management knows how fantastic of a job he is doing! Thank you Josh!
