Online not in sync with locationWe ordered online but when we pulled up the New Lenox location had no idea an online order had been placed. Neither did the employees who scrambled to get our order together. A complete miss.
Great food and the people working there are fantastic. It’s a pickup spot; it’s going to get busy. Don’t listen to the reviews from a bunch of Sharon’s complaining about a wait. Well worth it, everyone working there is great. Pizza is always top notch, salad is fantastic as well. Wings are ?

Any time I go to this place there's always a wait, I've waited one time over an hour to get my pizza. Now they lost my pizza? They really need to work on there customer service, and wait time. I will not be going back.
I ordered on doordash at 3:45pm from here and was waiting til about 5:25 until I decided to call. They claimed they never received my order and refused to refund my money since they couldn’t “find” it on their tablet. I find it hard to believe that it wasn’t there since my order was CONFIRMED by the restaurant. Still waiting for a refund since doordash won’t refund it.
New Lenox location, long time customer. Called order at 4:30, told 5 pick up. Asked for 5:15 and when we got our order home, Chicago Classic cut, it was lukewarm at best. Called to complain, gal didn't take my name, phone number or order # nor did she offer a manager or any resolution. Bummer
I ordered a deep dish cheese pizza, I usually go to Orland, there was hardly any cheese on it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! 170 IN Lagrange so good.
Well have been buying Deep Dish Cheese Pizza from here for at least 5 years, recently I noticed the Deep Dish is the size of a Rosati’s Original Pizza.I understand Covid has shrunk and raised prices on everything purchasable but it’s just NOT the same! Time to find me a New Go To Pizza!
