I havent been to a MOD since they closed the one in Orland. We did use a coupon however when i saw the prices- $11 for a pizza- I was shocked how much they went up!
My family and I started going to Mod pretty regularly last year after my daughter was diagnosed with a dairy allergy. She really missed pizza, so after we heard Mod has dairy-free cheese available, we had to try it and have been hooked ever since.This particular location is so great. It’s always clean, food tastes amazing, and most of all the employees are simply awesome. Everyone is so friendly and polite - we always have a positive experience whenever we walk in the door. Management there must be doing something very right.
good pizza for the price. can't beat a 10 dollar pizza that you can put what you want on it.

always friendly and quick service. Love the options! gluten free crust, plant based sausage dairy free cheese. Pizzas are delicious every time.
Always like their pizza. Last few times they've messed up the order but they correct it and throw the messed up pizza in for free...
I don’t know how this place has such glowing reviews of their customer service. We’ve gotten the stink eye both times we’ve gone in but brushed it off until today. My wife ask for the manager (Christian maybe? They were cagey about giving us names lol) and brought up the fact that staff was wiping their noses and not washing their hands and the manager was very passive aggressive, tried to intimidate/embarrass my wife by raising his voice, insinuated she was lying (why would she? We weren’t asking for a refund just pointing out that it was gross and should be addressed) and then essentially said it was too busy for it to matter. Mind you, we’re in the same restaurant he was, there were 5-6 staff members and no line. Plus, being busy isn’t an excuse to break health codes and possibly get people sick. He also was pretty strongly suggesting that because they use a “buddy system” and that he was working the line, that it wasn’t his job—which is not what you want to hear from the store manager. I guess it’s up to the consumer to make sure they aren’t getting snot in their pizza.
I decided to Stopped by Mod Pizza. My pizza was made exactly like I like it by Cristina?❤️ Her customer service was on great & friendly!! She made those pizzas quickly!!? I had the chicken, pesto, white sauce, etc.. on my pizza!! It was FRESH!! I will be back for more!!
My favorite branch of MOD. They always ask if they are using enough toppings or if we want more added. Their toppings are fresh, the dough is freshly pressed. The place is always clean, and they workers are always wiping down tables and chairs.
