I have come here more than twice and gone through the drivethru ordered my food and they decided to close before the hors they post. It's like they Willie Nelly change their hours at random and don't care if you've already ordered and are in line. They just turn the lights off and hope you get the hint.
Fries tasted like old oil and seemed like they were fried twice. They were awful
Breakfast ends at 10:30am even on the WEEKENDS! Where else does that happen? How annoying! Even the other McDonald's in New Lenox (on Laraway) has breakfast until 11 on the weekends.... However, it seems that everywhere else has breakfast all day. Disappointed! Besides that, this McDonald's seems to have a problem with finding people that can stack items, you know, like bun, burger, cheese, toppings, bun. How hard is that?
Says they close at 10:30 it was 9:37 when I got there to see the employees in their cars leaving this location used to be 24 hours now it doesn't even close at the time it's supposed to prolly lazy workers who don't care about their job and think they won't get caught
This McDonald's is consistent with their quality and quickness.Their employees are friendly and their facilities are clean.

This used to be an awesome McDonald’s. They close when they want. Hours posted are never what they are. It says open til 1am on wed but their closed at 1100? Get it together.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Person behind me kept honking and they refused me service? This was at 1:00 am. So whoever the gentle man was who was working, really ignorant and so not understanding to the point that he should not be working in customer service. I am not the type to leave reviews but I am so astonished by this poor experience that I felt the need to make it known that this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
