I don’t normally post reviews but I had to because of how great the staff here is. I really appreciate this after a long day or work or just because. I normally go to the Dunkin in Joliet or New lenox by Walmart. All the other ones don’t compare at all to the customer service from this dunkin! This will now be my go to dunkin. JC is very kind as well as many others. I hope the management is showing these workers some appreciation because they deserve it.
Can't believe they sell dirty hot water for 3.50
Could order easily inside, food was quick and fresh.

Its really sad that the young girls who work here have to deal with the torment of the older women that work here. As a customer it's really disturbing to see the older workers making the younger ones so uncomfortable.
It is October 15th 2021 and the inside is shut down only the drive-through is open. Wake up people it's October 15th 2021 the pandemic is over.....
Drive-up only. Its such an inconvenience then you're in the gas station buying other things and then you have to drive to get your coffee. Love the manager though.
