I was at the creamery and Kyle was so friendly and accommodating to me and my family. It is so nice to see workers show so much concern and attention to the customers. Thank you, Kyle

The taste is always good. But ice cream is supposed to be frozen and cold. And for that I give 1. This is the second time in a week that I went to the New Lenox location and my blaster was was super runny and not cold. I threw it away. Sorry excuse for something cold on a hot day. I’m done with this location. (6/20/22)

First time there in years, service was friendly and food was served hot, fries were especially excellent! Keep up the great work!

Our first visit to pick up our much beloved Rainbow Ice Cream. I grew up on the southside having Rainbow all summer long. I was so glad to hear when the creamery started serving it then this year the one we frequented no longer carried Rainbow but they were nice enough to lead us to this one in New Lenox. We drove from Mokena to New Lenox to get a quart which has always come with 4-5 cones. When I asked about the cones I was told they do not include them but are happy to sell them to us for .25 or .50 a piece? That's close to the cost of an entire box. FYI At Rainbow the cones are included with the pints and quarts. We typically buy anywhere from 10-15 quarts a season but will now get them at Rainbow when were visiting family.New Lenox Creamery will not get my families business for being cheap on 4-5 empty ice cream cones which probably cost them around .05 each.

Live close by, but have been underwhelmed by the ice cream we’ve picked up from this Creamery location on Cedar in New Lenox. After a trip to the Creamery in Manhattan with some family a couple weeks back and getting an awesome Turtle Sundae there (loaded with caramel/fudge/nuts) I had a hankering for another and ran down the street to the New Lenox Creamery for one, & also grabbed a chocolate malt for the kids to split.Needless to say with the pictures I’ve attached, I was left underwhelmed & aggravated. If I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream, I would’ve ordered one (& paid a lot less, too).Malt was also quickly thrown together as it was all vanilla soft serve from the bottom up to half. Hardly mixed together with chocolate and malt powder as I could see some of the powder not mixed in. Mind you, this was not at a busy tim as I was the only person in the drive thru. It’ll be my last trip to this location. I’ll stick with Oberweis up on RT30. While, it’s more expensive, Ice cream is better and orders are always consistent.

Me and my GF visited, i live in the area and was my first time in here since moving in 2018, lots of choices. And smells great. Great customer service too.

I usually take my kids here all the time. I live about 5 minutes from here. I went to get a sandwich and ice cream for myself. They gave me my ice cream first, which is fine. I then waited almost 15 minutes for my sandwich. My ice cream was almost a soup by the time I got home. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Well As Food Delivery Driver am not Happy how the Creamery handled my Pickup Order, they were not logged in. They should know the importance of food pickup orders. Lost time and money because of this.

I ordered a Vanilla Chocolate twist and the worker (Kyle) was so kind and nice nothing bad to say about him truly one of the greatest experiences ever.

Five of us (with a baby under 2) walked in to Creamery wearing masks. The two staff members working inside were not wearing masks. I asked if she was would mind putting on a mask…she said she didn’t have one. Very disheartening to be told that when COVID numbers are increasing.
