I was surprised because I eat at Coopers Hawk frequently and the service was very slow. I'm not one to complain but I was not happy with my dining experience.
We were very delighted with the overall experience, as this was our first time dining at Cooper' Hawk. We definately will be visiting frequently!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. Now greeted by snotty girls at the front desk acting like weâre bothering them for checking in. Server was ok, told me about a credit I had then didnât bother adding it to the check. When I went to pick up my wine at the end of the night, I had 16 bottles waiting. The girl was so rude saying I couldnât pick certain wines due to my membership type. Iâve never had that experience when picking up my wine, I was always able to pick out whatever types I wanted. Overall, Iâm disappointed because I used to go for the wine, food and excellent service and itâs all so very meh now. Iâll be cancelling my wine club membership because itâs not worth the value any longer.
Very disappointing evening. Normally have an excellent time there. Are Elite members, so spend a fair amount of time there. Food (risotto dish) was not very good that night. Service was very slow and inattentive. Notified staff it was a birthday, it was missed. Team mate at bottle pickup was very attentive and apologized Looked very understaffed. Frankly ruined a night out for a birthday.
