They had amazing service, they also have free fountain drinks, they have good chips and dip
I go on this restaurant there is 4 employees working but only one employees takes our order other three are talking but no one come to help that employee who take our order very bad service I am at 8:38 pm staff is so bad I be never go back to this place I order two veggie bowl
Really poor experience overall.Food was just okay.The drive through lane was for online orders only - wasn't marked and wasted a good 15 minutes to find out.Overall, quality of the food for the price+hassle was not worth it. Quantity of the food was good - especially when ordering the burritos.Will not be returning to this particular location.
It's always a pleasant experience at Chipotle. This one in particular because I can do whatever runs I need to run with shopping and still grab a quick bite. With the nice employees here, it's a pretty cool place to stop, eat and continue with my day. ?
The attitude of the workers in New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort are unbelievably rude with no food education. Today I found a bone in my bowl which was the icing on the cake. Now I have easily eaten at chipotle 3000 times and there's a lot of great chipotle's out there which is why I bought the stock especially Glen Ellyn, heads and tails above them all. Personality is just as important as the food and these three in this area are continually getting worse. I think the Frankfort wins the award for worst service. I walked in with no one in line or sitting and there was a worker cleaning, made me wait 7 minutes before even saying hi, then right to start dishing up my food without washing his hands or changing his gloves, turns out it was the manager. Time to find a new regular favorite because no one seems the care. Asked to speak with the Regional several times, never one call. Guess it will be portillos and jersey mikes for awhile.
They had the it. I really liked the young people there. Let's me know there is still hope. Black girl tall white youngins did excellent ✅
Went last night 2/12/22 to get my son a steak burrito and was sad to see only one person making the orders for walk in customers. The wait though was not that long and thank you all for working together and working so fast.
They have been very understaffed lately and a few of my orders have been prepared wrong (ordered in advance) but they always do their best and I appreciate that. Thanks for all your hard work guys.
Great staff - very friendly. The last several visits though the food itself hasn’t been as good. Most notably they are very light on the rice portions (ordered both a bowl and a burrito). It’s an average experience - I’ll keep returning because it’s close to home, but I do hope it gets better.
