Okay, this is Chili's so it isn't exactly fine dining, but we had an excellent experience at this location. Because we were in the bar and members of their loyalty program, we got free chips and salsa. They are also offering a drink, an appetizer and a meal for a special price. I ordered the steak to be medium and it actually showed up with a pink center. Our waitress was very good. She was quick with refills and responsive to our requests.
Dinner at 7pm , no wait. Meagan our server was on her “A “ game ! She was Exceptional!!Checked to see if we needed anything often. Couldn’t be more pleasant & accommodating!Made dining as Chili’s a definite pleasure!Will be coming back for the food & asking for her. Hopefully she’ll be there. Really a hard worker even when not attending to us! ???Meagan. Chilis definitely keep this server!
We got seated at our table and sat there for 30 min. Not one person even acknowledged us sitting at the table. No-one even came over to take a drink order, or even said I will be with you shortly, nothing! We got up and walked out, and told the people waiting to be seated what happened to us and they walked out too! Worst customer service ever! Unbelievable, do not recommend!
I had the best service at Chilis tonight! We go here often and it’s one of my favorite places to go with my kids. Amanda was our server and she was nothing but amazing and attentive. Even when it was busy the service was still fantastic. The manager at this Location Charlie I believe is her name is so sweet and kind. Overall this is our Chili’s and we will be back there! We really enjoyed being there tonight!
Unfortunately covid-19 ruined the great service- Chili’s used to be our favorite place for a decent sit down restaurant, but with nobody wanting to work they do not have the proper staff for the kitchen and waiters. We have given them serval chances for the last couple of months to see if the service got better, but we’re always in the restaurant for 2-3 hours waiting for our food and it’s usually always wrong. Definitely not the same service as before the pandemic.
Went in at 5:38pm and were told up to 30 min wait time. We sat I. The waiting room for them to sit us and after 50 mins, I finally approached the host to ask how much longer we had to wait?!?!? We were informed at least another 30 mins because kitchen is behind.No one approached us to tell us it would be longer wait time as were only 6ft from the host stand.Management needs to train their staff better and have higher level of customer service. Such a horrible experience and we didn’t even eat there. Would give them 0 star if possible!
Got take out and food was not good. Asked for ancho ranch dressing and was given other. Tacos were supposed to come with beans and fries and didn't get either, only rice. When I get food from out and spend my money on it, I expect to get what I asked for.
Posting a review because they have been terrible lately. I used to never have a problem with this Chili's, but now I'm just going to go elsewhere. I ordered food & put it under my coworkers name to feed everyone at my place of work. He went to pick it up as a curbside order & after waiting for 10 minutes he called & they claimed it was too cold to walk it out. It's 15 degrees out & my work is still outside for 10-15 minutes doing battery installations or installing headlights etc. They walk 10ft out the door to a vehicle & right back in. A minute process. When the food arrived at the store, they gave no silverware, only 1 thing of salsa for 3 separate orders of chips & food was cold because it had been sitting since they couldn't walk it out or inform you they would not be. My coworkers & I order from there all the time & spend quite a bit of money. Sad they're losing the business.
Our waiter Brandon was amazing. Extremely nice and prompt. Place is clean overall, food was good with plenty of options. Will be back.
My daughter's 12th birthday and she wanted Chili's. We waited to be acknowledged by the staff for over 8 minutes. I said, maybe it's shift change, because staff members were presently walking around... But then, people were seated after we arrived while we went to the restroom to wash our hands. We went back and stood by the service desk waiting again... Still no staff members greeted us or attempted to seat us at a table. The staff members never looked our way and didn't acknowledge us at all. This is by far the worst service I've ever received at any Chili's throughout for years. This is one of my children's favorite restaurant. I believe this behavior today is truly unacceptable and I've reached out to corporate regarding this incident... Charlie was the manager on duty, I called the restaurant after I left. Charlie stated she'd email a gift card to take to another Chili's. BTW: That never happened, she didn't write my information down I'm sure!!! (PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT WELCOMED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IT SEEMS!!!)
