Purchased 6 Whoppers with cheese all with different specialties. The order taker got it right the receipt was right but the burgers were totally screwed up No bacon on two no cheese on 4. A total wreck. It was too far to go back so we had to make do with what they gave us. I tried calling and got the mailbox was full. So I called the satisfaction number spoke with someone who was very apologetic and assured someone would contact me in the next two days to take care of the problem. Well It's been 7 days and no one has contacted me. This is happening too much there. This one was at the cost of about$60. Think twice for special orders. I won't return there or any other from now on. I wanted to go in to make sure the order was right but the dining area was closed.
11/27/21: Use to be the BEST BK at a 30 mile radious, its been slacking today i went and i was watching 2 burger chefs through the window making my # 9 with no gloves handling the lettuce, and bread with no gloves none with hair nets. I ain't say nothing but i got home and just had you throw it out!
Fast friendly service. My order included an impossible woper and fries. My meal was hot and fresh. My family was also happy with the items that they got.
Had a bit of a mistake on my order and spoke with the manager Justin who got everything squared away in a super friendly and professional manner.
Ordered delivery today instead of visiting. The order was on time and exactly as it was ordered. We've never had a complaint with this Burger King. Orders are always correct and fresh!
Burger barely warm. Onion rings rubbery, typically means old grease or excessive reheating...... next time I will sit in line at McDonald's. I knew better!!!!!
I like this location. It will be even better when the construction work on the street is complete.

This location makes errors in orders often, some of their staff isn’t very pleasant, and the pop station is messy. that was just one visitThe driveway to get in and out can be difficult sometimes. It’s still good place to eat but it’s not the greatest
