I recommend this restaurant but I do not recommend the wedge salad with chicken. It comes with one small chicken tender and is not worth $14.00.
have visited this location numerous times in the past with only a few issues. Today was kind of shockingly bad service all around from Bartender to Cook to Manager. It was three strikes and they OUT to get this Bad review. Came in for Lunch was going to order the lunch special like normal but Bartender informed me it was BOGO so I ordered the 6 traditional wings. I got my order started eating and then noticed I only Had 1 drumstick out of what was supposed to be 12 wings but guess what they also only gave me 11. So 1 drumstick and 10 wings. When the Bartender finally came back around I told him I only got 11 and only 1 drum. Showed him my plate he said oh they just got a new cook and he might of made a mistake then went into kitchen. I assumed he would be bringing me out some drums and at least my missing one. But as time passed I realized I was out of luck. I was going to just let it slide I guess until I get the Bill and got charged 15 dollars for 6 wings. I said you told me it was BOGO. He said it's Buy one get one HALF OFF. I said I never heard of that and if the rules changed on that he should of told me. So I am mad and once again ask about my order from earlier. He said what do you want me to do get you another wing I said why would you not have taken care of this earlier when I asked when I was still eating. He then froze did nothing until I told him to talk to his manager. He then talks to the manager comes back and says he got 5 bucks off bill. I'm thinking in my head wow that's cheap but pay and leave. I look at my receipts after I leave and notice it wasn't 5 dollars he took off it was 2 dollars and 15 cents. Probably the price they figured for the missing wing. Talk about great customer service. Lol. Won't ever be returning to this location.
Adrienne (?) at the bar is the best! Always remembers us when we walk in, knows our drinks and is on top of our food order. Best service from her, she is so sweet and nice, we will not sit anywhere else!!

The host Mags was not very welcoming. We requested a booth. She said there was none available so she walked us to a table. On our way to the table there were 4 to 5 booths available but not cleaned. So we told her we would wait for the booth. She said “ok” with an attitude. She walked to her coworkers and they were throwing the rag back and forth fighting about who had to clean the booth. Very unprofessional.
Terrible service, tasteless cold food. My husband and I both felt like we were an inconvenience the whole time, it was hours before close too so its not like we came in at the last minute. The waitress never introduced herself, the only things she even said to us were what can I get you and can i get you anything else? Never even checked on how any of the food came out. After finally ordering an appetizer she didnt come back to take our dinner order until 10 minutes after we had finished our appetizer. At one point we said " well i guess were only getting pickles and water". We never got refills on the water. It seemed like the whole staff hated their jobs, very uncomfortable environment. My fries were cold and hard and the wrap was not good either. The manager was too busy flirting to do table touches and talk with guests. Its never a good experience with buffalo wild wings and I wont be giving it another chance.

My first time eating in. I ordered the Nacho with brisket, so good must share. The boneless wings shouldn't be called wings, though. They were sooooo salty. Service was good. Must try the Sangria
These are the most pathetic excuse for boneless I've ever had. This is my first time trying BWW and I can't believe this hyped up national chain charged me money for this. Boneless are TINY and SAD. The breading was a quarter inch thick and dry as dirt. The chicken inside was like jerky. I am sure these had been sitting on a shelf for hours and were put in a microwave for me. And somehow it took them 20 minutes to do that and serve to me. The sauce was barely drizzled over the top, not even properly coated. All this on top of the disgusting flavor of processed chemical spice, even the parmesan boneless were spicy because of the dreadful "spice" baked into the crusty, dry as cement batter.Do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs.
