Order was delivered 20 minutes later than what we were told when order was placed.Frozen $5 pizza tastes better than what we received & paid $34 for.Will never order again from this Aurelio's.

I ordered a pizza, with a very odd order. It was late and Aurelio’s didn’t put the correct toppings on. They immediately credited me.I ordered another pizza today and there was a difference. The restaurant didn’t even charge me for the difference because they wanted to ensure I had a better experience.My stuffed pizza was incredible. Unique and delicious. An absolute 10/10 for service and food. I will absolutely be a repeat customer for years

So disappointed in my meal tonight.Beef sandwich was drrry..sausage was drrry and the the fries and onions rings were way over cooked. Tasted burnt and that's the taste I have lingering in my mouth.

Terrible they burnt my pizza
Have ordered twice from new Lenox, I love Aurelios, but this is the worst Aurelios. Tombstone pizzas ? are better than this joint in new Lenox. Disappointed. Hardly any cheese on the pizza when I asked for extra cheese and both time pizza well done, burnt crust.
