Best place for Ramen in Naperville!! It was delicious and the service excellent and kind. As you see in the image we killed the food.
Quick service, friendly chef who comes out to say hello, and the bulgogi ramen I had was spicy and yummy.
So amazing. Chef talks to every customer and is a genuine good guy. Food was all homemade and tasty. Chef recognized us and brought us salmon skin as a treat.
Tasty veg sushi. We wanted to have Ramen (similar to Ichiraku ramen in Naruto web series), It was a good but could have been better in terms of taste. It lacked bit of salt, but overall it was nice. I was expecting the egg would have been marinated in the soy sauce it was not.The soupy ramen lacked bit of salt, but the BBQ pork was delicious, it was just melting in our mouth. The quality of food was good. They used the proper good quality spring onions, bamboo shoots and ramen noodles, unlike other restaurant.
Came here on a whim from being nearby with my husband and the food was phenomenal. we ordered the ebi crunch and tempura shrimp rolls and DEVOURED them in seconds. Then we ordered ramen and it was so good we couldn’t even finish. My husband, who is deployed in Japan, said this comes close to the ramen he eats out there. Also want to mention how sweet and so kind the owner is. He was very attentive and personable, please give this place a visit.
Yamado is my favorite place for sushi, hands down. I've been going here a long time. I try other places relatively often and they always leave me wanting Yamado. Lindsey and "Chef" are good people and take good care of their customers. A small local business that has a certain comfort to it I've yet to find anywhere else.
We absolutely loved this place! We were in from out of town and wanted a good Japanese restaurant. The chef was great! He is personable and came out a few times to make sure his food was good for us. The food was so good! Great service and great food!

Don’t let the small place fool you, Amazing food we got the spicy miso soup and loved it….. flavor was amazing the pork belly on the soup had wonderful taste to it! They have sushi too but didn’t get any we will be back for it. Heads to the chef’s.
I have no idea why this place has some good reviews. Ramens- you can only taste salt, the soup was not flavorful at all. I was craving for soft shell crab when I opened the box I thought some pieces fell off from the box or something. Nope, it came as it is! It looks so bad and it taste even worst. It was soggy and looks like someone ate off my food. Trust me, save your money and go somewhere else.
