Ordered a bunch of food meals with a la carte large thigh bite and was given a large boneless chicken instead of thigh bites Called back up to restaurant to inform mistake and manager Gabby was very rude. She began to tell me that she prepared my order personally and the bag said thigh bites. I told her that this was not what was put in my bag and she began to argue and go back and fourth with me because she personally fixed my order. Very unprofessional and although people make mistakes wanted to bring to her attention so I could bring back. To make a long story short, I brought the chicken back the next day and low and behold they were boneless chicken and Gabby was no where to be found, although she left my receipt and info at the register. The lady at the register was very polite and said I would be refunded on Monday which is 2 days later because they can't do refunds on a weekend. No other compensation was even offered after I drive over 20 minutes for something that the manager did not even apologize for. Gabby needs to get manager training and know how to deal with situations and know how to speak with customers. I definitely will not be back to support this particular location.
Ordered from this location by accident as I meant to order from a closer one.My receipt said that I need to call the store and cannot reply to the email. The store said I have to reply to the email and that they cannot cancel the order.Since there was no physical way to cancel the order I went to pick up my order which ended up taking an extra 20 minutes longer than the estimate.

Ok so... I tried a new Wingstop location. I'm really trying to give them a go ! However, you know I am gonna be honest. Wings were still dry and hard and the customer service was less than cordial. I like service with a ?. Here's what happened I placed a mobile order for 5 Piece combo wings boneless with Cajun sauce and fries and the fountain drink is included. So, when I arrived at the location I called to see if my order was ready for pickup and I happen to see the Coke Vendor fixing the drink machine. The locations only have one machine so I wasn't sure if the machine had been repaired. I asked the lady about it and she says "don't worry about that" so I asked again is the machine working ? She then replies in a very negative way. "Yes". So, I replied ok thanks. I proceeded to go inside to pick up my order and she pointed me out to a Man behind the counter and he then asks for my name on the order which I had already given to the lady by phone before going in. I know this is a long review but I think it's a good reference for anyone who wants to eat at this location. It's sad that great service is rare lately in these places that are in need of loyal customers to adjust the way they treat customers and put time and effort into making food fresh to order. My classic 5 wings with lemon pepper were dry and overcooked. I will have to pass✅

My girlfriend and I walked in and were seated at a table that clearly hadn’t been cleaned yet. It was filthy. After about 10 minutes, a girl finally came over (4 pm on a Saturday, not busy at all) and asked if we wanted something to drink. When we ordered our food, my gf asked about the mild rub for the wings and we were told, “it’s salt and pepper. I don’t even know why we charge extra for it”. When the food arrived, I asked one of the employees for another container of blue cheese dressing for my wings as the first one was half empty ($3 charge for that) and the guy rolled his eyes at me. When the bill arrived it was incorrect. And the tip options were 20, 25 and 30!!. The bottom line was 20 wings, 1 order of fries, 3 draft beers and a margarita. $96 for 2 people The wings were good, but overpriced. The service was slow. The place was messy. The employees were indifferent and arrogant. We’ll never go back to this place.
The food, the staff everything was just perfect. One of the staff memeber called me to inform my order was ready before the promise time. Overall I felt it was really good experience.
The idea of thigh nuggets sounds good but was pretty disappointing. The smaller pieces are hard and gnarly. The larger pieces are on the dry side coating-wise which would require you to pay extra for more sauce. The meat itself is juicy and tender but the coating, being super salty, disrupts all of that. I will try the actual thighs next time. Hopefully, those will be better.
I ordered ahead through the website on 8/28. Once I had placed all the items I wanted in my cart, I went to check out and then the site crashed and told me store was not found. Then, I replaced the order again after believing that the first transaction did not go through. Now I have a double charge on my account. Please be cautious when placing orders online with there. This is now a very stressful situation for me, and now I must find a way to dispute the charge. Wingstop please fix your website.
